The flat is located on Hammersmitrh Grove, a pretty tree lined street very close to local shops and Westfield Shopping Centre, local restaurants including Chez Kristoff where fresh croissants and the internet is in a Conservation area. The Hammersmith Grove leads from Lyric Square in King Street which is the main shopping street of Hammersmith. Lyric Square is an attractive pedestrian area with bars, outside eating and the well reknown Lyric Theatre.

Conditions
Conditions of Reservation
Once we have confirmed availability we will require a completed Booking Form. This will be sent to you with your confirmation of availability. All monies must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date payment must be made in full immediately.
Payment can be made by the following means:
Cheque in pounds sterling
Bank Transfer in pounds sterling
Credit/debit cards
The Booking is non transferable. The flat must only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form otherwise the contract will be null and void.
Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking with us a full refund will be made providing reletting has been possible less £50 for administration.
Cleaning Service
We can arrange cleaners for you at the rate of £10 per hour with a minimum of three hour visit. Please let us know if you require this service.
Security Deposit
Please provide your credit/ debit card details where indicated on the Booking Form. This will only to be used if damage is found or excess cleaning is required to the property when you vacate.
Cleaning Charge
During your stay you will be responsible for your own cleaning. The flat should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Arrivals and Departures
Your flat will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property on your day of departure by 10.00am. Should you require a taxi to collect you please let us know.
Limitation of Liability
Lamington Management Limited reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Lamington is not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.
Acceptance
The completion and return of the Booking Form confirms your acceptance of these terms.
The South East England / Greater London region


Hammersmith is situated in the middle of Shepherds Bush, Chiswick, Fulham and Kensington and is ideally located for both business and leisure travellers providing easy access to central London, Heathrow and the M4 motorway. Westfield Shopping Centre the largest in Europe is a 15 minute walk away.
The West London / Hammersmith area
The West End of London with its famous attractions, theatres and cinemas are just a short distance away by bus or tube. The leisure facilities of Hyde Park, Kew Gardens, Battersea Park, Ravenscourt Park, The River Thames and Richmond Park are all easily accessible from the flat as well as the Exhibition facilities of Kensington Olympia, Earls Court and Excel. The shopping centres of Hammersmith, Kensington & Chelsea, Knightsbridge are either a few minutes walk or a short tube or bus ride away. The Hammersmith Hospital, Ealing Hospital and Charing Cross hospital are all within easy reach of the flat. Westfield Shopping Centre (the largest in Europe) is a 15 minute walk from the property.
Hammersmith is extremely well located for access into and out of London:
The nearby motorways are: M3 giving access to the south of England, M4 to the west, M1 to the north and M25 the circular route around London via the M4.
All the main line stations are easily accessible via the Underground system but Paddington and Victoria are the closest.
Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and London City Airports can all be reached again very easily via the Underground.

20.04.09 We stayed at the apartment for 14 nights and had a lovely time, the staff could not do enough for us and there was a nice welcome pack of fruit, tea, coffee, milk, butter, even shower gel and soap in the bathroom would definitely book again. Great thank you Lamington
