I have 10 Private Rooms available within 3 friendly shared apartments in Chiswick & Fulham, that includes daily self-serve Breakfast (like a mini B&B)
Short stay and long stay available.
In this apartment there are 2 private rooms, 1 shared bathroom and shared kitchen/lounge area. The price for this room is a little more than my standard rooms due to you only sharing that apartment with 1 other room. Garden access once refurbished during allocated hours.
The kitchen/lounge are will be shared with me, as I will be around during the day for my office work and a place for me to wait for guests arrival for checkin:)
Its possible to rent the whole apartment, please enquire. Can sleep 1-7 guests approx.

Guest will have their own private lockable room in a shared apartment.
As we are a small family run business, during the summer busier season, we prefer guests to checkin between 12-2pm or after 6pm. But we understand this may not be possible with flight/travel arrival times.
Checkin: 12pm / Checkout: 10am

I provide a self-serve daily breakfast. Which includes a variety of teas, coffee, juices, biscuits, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and bread etc...
~ For cooking, but ensure you clean up after yourself.
~ For washing machine, but buy your own soap powder.
~ Free Wifi.
~ Shared Iron and Ironing Board
~ Hairdryer and Complimentary Toiletries
Chiswick High Street is a short walk away, with an abundance of available restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.
Chiswick offers riverside pubs, lovely parks and good schools, which all contribute to its overall charm: combining city life with village living. Chiswick has easy access to the M4 and all major routes in and out of London. Chiswick is also ideally positioned for short journeys to the West End, the City, and Heathrow Airport is fairly close.
Chiswicks transport links include underground stations such as Stamford Brook, Turnham Green, Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury.
Locally there is excellent shopping centre at Westfield - Shepherds Bush, the biggest shopping centre in London, which is a 10-15 minute tube or bus ride away. Notting Hill with its Portobello Market is a couple of miles away and Earls Court and Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centres are nearby too.
The flat is a 5 minutes walk away from Turnham Green Tube Station (District Line, Zone 2) and Chiswick Park tube station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. The 94 Bus route runs 24hrs (nightbus too) and is within a 5 minutes walk (Turnham Green to Piccadilly)
Should you book a private room, please note that on arrival a copy of your passport/photo ID is required as well as completion to my disclaimer form.
Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the Bed and Breakfast.
Guests with children: Please make sure your children are well behaved and understand they are not at home. Make sure they are quiet at night (no running around); do not play with items that are not toys. Because the guesthouse is a house and not built with soundproofing like hotel rooms, sound does travel. We want everyone to enjoy his or her experience without those awkward moments at breakfast after a sleepless night for the entire house. Please use your best judgment with your child and their abilities. We are happy to assist you with selecting the best room options for children. Laundry service available, please ask.
On arrival you will be provided with a guest pack with info and rules. We do not tolerate rude or aggressive people or those who do not respect they are sharing with others.
No smoking in the apartment
Guest are not allowed to bring people in the apartment without permission.(no visitors/no people staying over).
Do not wash the linen and towels provided, please put in dirty wash basket.
I provide clean towels every 4 days and bedding is changed every 7 days.
I provide a self-serve breakfast which includes a variety of options such as: cereals, toast, fruit, etc...
Please keep the bathroom tidy after use - ensuring personal belonging are put in the storage places provided.
Respect you are sharing with others in their home, this is a shared apartment.
If you use the kitchen for cooking, please ensure you clean up after use.
