This is an absolutely stunning two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in a new building located on the corner of Northcroft and Northfield Roads in West Ealing, West London with close proximity to Northfields tube station and West Ealing Railway station. From Northfields tube, which is on the Piccadilly Line a journey to Heathrow is just 20 minutes in one direction and the same amount of time in the other direction to South Kensington and Knightsbridge for example so travelling to all areas of Central London is simple and quick from this location. The property is located on a quiet tree lined street yet close to plenty of supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars and a whole host of gift shops, a great butchers, excellent fishmonger, bakery, churches and a popular park with tennis courts and a childrens play area. Ealing Broadway with large shopping centre and a whole host of great stores is just a short bus ride away. This is a perfect location in which to spend time whilst enjoying everything London has to offer !

This magnificant two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which is situated on the second (top) floor of a modern two storey Mediterranean style building is very contemporary in design and offers masses of natural light and delightful accommodation. Already brand new the apartment has been further improved and tastefully transformed by the owner who has a natural flair for home design and her attention to detail is first class – nothing has been overlooked and the comfort of our guests is her main priority.

On entering Harrington Court one is struck by the clean and very well maintained communal areas and once inside the apartment one is instantly impressed with the striking wooden flooring and neutral colours complimented by the warm and eclectic accessories. The hallway is inviting with cleverly placed cupboards for shoes and bags etc, wall hooks for coats, a funky 'dress' shaped wall mirror and a couple of umbrellas in an attractive stand for those rainy days. Off the hallway is the impressive and very spacious reception and dining area with a large leather sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed, a wall mounted 32? flat screen LCD TV, a dining area with a contemporary extendable dining table and four chairs made from re-cycled coca cola bottles! (Extra dining chairs are available in the apartment).

Also off the hallway is the main fully tiled family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, together with heated towel rail, WC, sink and wall cabinet. The beautifully arranged master bedroom which overlooks the balcony has a very comfortable king size bed, masses of wardrobe and storage space, a wall mounted flat screen TV, bedside tables with lamps and a bedroom chair. The en-suite, again fully tiled has a large shower stall with shower, heated towel rail, WC, mirror and wall cabinet. The second bedroom has two full sized single beds, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, mirrors, a bedside table with lamp and a bedroom chair. When booked as a one bedroom apartment the second bedroom is closed off.

Throughout the hallway and reception area is a rich antique pine effect wooden flooring with rugs to compliment and give a splash of colour and in the bedrooms high quality beige carpets have been fitted for extra comfort. Strategically placed around the apartment is the owner's collection of interesting and creative modern pieces of artwork and in both bedrooms and the living area scatter cushions and throws have been selected for comfort and colour.

West London

The Harrington Apartment is perfectly located for easy access to all of Londons attractions as Northfields underground station is just a 12-15 minutes walk away or two stops on the bus, making it just seven stops to Heathrow Airport in one direction and seven stops to South Kensington in the other.

Ealing Broadway with its many shops and restaurants is just a short walk through the park or a five minute bus ride away. There is an excellent range of shopping in the local area for fresh fruit and vegetables, butchers and bakery items. A variety of restaurants, wine bars and pubs can be found within easy walking distance.

Ealing plays host to a popular summer jazz festival in nearby Lammas Park and enjoys many different European food festivals held on Ealing Green.

Ealing, known as "the Queen of the Suburbs" is widely known because of Ealing Studios which was famous for films produced there in the 1940s and 50s. Also famous is the popular Questors Theatre in Mattock Lane and celebrated Ealing Jazz Club opposite Ealing Broadway Station.

Beautiful Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and the River Thames are only a short driver or bus journey away and well worth visiting.
