The Devon region
Devon shares its boundary with Cornwall which is the perfect combination with both counties boasting some of the finest beaches in the country. Dartmoor National Park is ever popular with hikers and visitors alike who go there to enjoy the most beautiful and rugged of landscapes.
A short journey over the Tamar bridge will bring you to the famous Eden Project with its enormous domes and fasinating plants, its a day out that can be enjoyed by both young and old.
Plymouth Hoe is the number one tourist attraction for visitors to our famous city and the waterfront which stretches from West hoe around to the Barbican is lined with interesting things to see and do not to mention the spectacular view out to sea across Plymouth Sound.
The city centre is just a 10 minute walk away with its assortment of shops and restaurants with the Drake Circus shopping mall proving popular at all times of year with visitors from far and wide.
The Warner Village complex which is accessed via a footbridge across the Harbour has a Vue multiplex cinema, ten pin bowling, various eateries and a nightclub. On the way here you will pass the National Marine Aquarium which houses the deepest water tank in Europe.
Please dont forget that Plymouth Hoe has been chosen to host the British Fireworks Championships every August for the past 10 years and this two day spectacular brings a quarter of a million spectators to the Hoe water front to witness a thrilling display that is second to none.

"Very good apartment"
Stayed two nights in cold wet mid December. The apartment is on the first floor of an ordinary looking building (scroll through all the photos posted by the owner as we mistook the first photo as show… More
We generally prepare the apartment on the day of arrival but in this case it was done the day before meaning that we didnt leave the central heating on as usual, which in hindsight and given the horrible weather that week was a mistake but im pleased that the combination of newly fitted boiler and double glazing throughout soon got the apartment up to temperature again.
It was our opinion that a standard double bed with a quality mattress would provide more space to walk around by the french doors leading out onto the balcony and a bedside cabinet with reading lamp is always a useful addition we have found.
There are 3 or 4 steps inside the apartment in the hallway which seperate the lounge area from the bedroom and shower room and there are handrails on both sides of the steps to aid mobility if required.
The private off street parking is a full sized bay and we frequently park our standard hatchback in there on changeover days as does our neighbour who parks his people carrier alongside us, however I appreciate that the service lane from which you turn in from does require a little patients and as stated you do have the option of ample free on street parking directly outside the apartment from 4.00pm to 10.00am the following day.
Our company name Citcoms is derived from different cities that we have visited around the world not just the beautiful city that we live in hence the city landscapes on the walls and the park that we overlook is one of Plymouth's largest children's play parks which we thought justified the apartments name.

"Just perfect in every way!"
Booked this apartment for myself, partner and our one year old daughter. I couldn't have chosen better. Beautiful and spacious apartment with warm, welcoming feel. Comfortable, practical, well presented and well cared for. Everything you could need has been thought of. Fab location too. Close to everything but still quiet at night. Right opposite west hoe park too, so perfect for little one. I can't think of a single negative! Truely faultless. This is now my first choice for our trips to visit family in plymouth.
