An elegant and beautifully proportioned one bedroom apartment suitable for 2 guests, occupying the ground floor of a handsome Victorian Terrace. The original townhouse dates from the circa 1860 and was converted into separate apartments in 1960. Internally the property is in excellent working order and is entered via a communal entrance hall. The location of the property is perfect, located in a quiet residential street in the heart of Edinburgh's West End, within a few minutes' walk of the retail and commercial city centre in Princes Street, George Street and Lothian Road and within 5 minutes walk of Haymarket Station, Tram stop and the Airlink Airport Bus.

The property retains many of the original period features particularly the cornice work, fireplace and sash and case windows with working shutters. A notable feature of the spacious accommodation is the impressive drawing room extending to twenty five feet in length. Additionally, the property is tastefully furnished and decorated. There are pleasant open outlooks to the front over Lansdowne and Grosvenor Crescent Gardens. Overall, the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city or further afield.

Although a car is not necessary, there is metered street parking directly outside the property and free street parking less than 15 minutes walk away. Within 5 minutes walk there is a large selection of excellent restaurants and pubs along with Marks & Spencer Food, Tesco Metro and Coop Food store.
