Fully tiled on the ground floor and wood finish floor on the upper levels, I have great pleasure and pride in sharing this modern luxurious house. I live in this house and am able to rent 3 bedrooms on Bed & Breakfast basis. Ideal for allergy sufferers as the floors are tiled and the house is kept nice and clean.
This house overlooks a park. Recently extended and renovated. Furnished to a high standard. Ground floor is fully tiled and upper floors have wood finish floor. All the bathrooms and toilets are new.
5 -7 min walk to Preston Train station(for Metropolitan) and 5 -7 min walk to South Kenton for Bakerloo line. 30 mins to Central London with easy access to West End, theatres, musuems and shopping.
Close to pub, shops, restaurants, hair-dressers, beauty salon, fruiterers, 2 supermarkets, and a bus ride to Harrow Shopping Centre for shopping, cinemas, restaurants cafes, Bank and Post Office
House overlooking a park with children's' playground, tennis and lawn bowling. Private parking for 1 car. More cars can be parked in the car-park at the park. A large private garden.
Car not necessary as transport links are excellent.

Middle floor - A triple bedroom contains 1 double bed and a single total sleeping 3. Has mirror wardrobe.

No loud noises or smoking. Do not drag bags please. Switch off lights when not in use. Close the doors by holding the handle. Please do not remove the shower heads from the fixture. Kindly wear slippers when indoors.
20% deposit required to secure booking. Security deposit of £100 required which is refundable at departure.

The North-West London / Wembley area
Wembley is an area of north-west London, and part of the London Borough of Brent. It is home to the famous Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena.
Wembley lies near to the A40 Western Avenue and A406 North Circular Road.
Chiltern Railways services are provided at Wembley Stadium railway station. London Underground services are provided on the Metropolitan line and Jubilee line at Wembley Park tube station. London Midland, London Overground and London Underground Bakerloo line services are available at Wembley Central railway station.
Wembley benefits from a number of green spaces. These include Barham Park in Sudbury Town, King Edward VII Park, established in 1914 behind the High Road and Sudbury Green. Less managed spaces include Fryent Country Park, Barn Hill and Vale Farm sports ground. Brent River Park / Tokyngton Recreation Ground has recently been restored returning the river to a more natural course.
Nearby Sudbury Golf Course backs onto the Grand Union Canal with its towpath running into central London. Sudbury Squash and Tennis Club has outdoor tennis courts, an indoor squash court and a clubhouse. Wembley is a short distance away from the Welsh Harp reservoir and open space, created in the early 19th century by damming the River Brent to provide water for the Grand Union Canal.
From 1924, the original Wembley Stadium was the home of the English national football team, and served as the venue for the FA Cup final as well as rugby league's Challenge Cup final. The new Wembley Stadium serves exactly the same purposes and has a capacity of 90,000.
Besides football, Wembley can be configured to hold many other events, particularly major concerts.
Property in Wembley in Brent. Very leafy and green. 1 mile from Wembley Stadium and Harrow Shopping Centre and the historic town of Harrow. There are various pubs, libraries and churches nearby. 30 mins by train to London city and all its attractions.Northwick Golf course is just 15 mins ride away and Stanmore golf course is 20 mins. away. Welsh Harp is 15 mins away.

"Clean and tidy"
Clean and tidy accommodation that is very close to station and convenient for travelling into central London. Good value for money with free breakfast with towels. Limited use of kitchen with use of cutlery and the kettle/microwave but not cooker and oven. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and modern accomodation located in Preston Road. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The house is conveniently located a few minutes from the tube station and parade of local shops and restaurants. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value.

Rashmi and shah are so pleasant and they made our visit so comfortable. They are very helpful and rooms are very clean and neat and spacious. It'd in a very good location with underground station being just 5 minute away. Worth the stay...

"Great Location & Good Hosts"
We enjoyed our stay in this house & would recommend this to other friends. The rooms were very good sized & bathrooms were very clean. The hosts were very co-operative & helpful. May be breakfast can be improved but what ever options provided were good. This is very close to tube station & with metroploitan line it was very easy commute to central london.
We do not provide cooked breakfasts.
