The property has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are doubles (1 can be separated to form twin if requested) and 1 twin. 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a large family bathroom and shower room upstairs. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor with an adjacent shower room. The living accommodation includes drawing room, dining room, library, large kitchen with breakfast area and conservatory.

The surrounding area has plenty to do for all ages, with attractions such as Powis Castle, Llanfair narrow guage railway and Ironbridge. The busy towns of Shrewsbury and Chester are a short drive away and larger cities of Birmingham and Liverpool are within easy reach. Pool Grange is ideally located for the Snowdonia National Park, Brecon Beacons and Offa's Dyke so is a walking enthusist's paradise. The stunning north and west coast of Wales can be reached in just over an hour. With spectacular scenery, including views from the house, this area is the gateway to Wales.

The county of Powys is on the English/Welsh border and provides great access to some simply stunning countryside.

The National Park of Snowdonia and the Welsh coast are within easy access, and there are wonderful walks to be had around Lake Vyrnwy and Offa's Dyke. There is plenty to do for the family, with attractions including Ironbridge, Powis Castle and King Arthur's Labyrinth nearby. Shrewsbury is only 18 miles away and Chester, Birmingham and Liverpool are within easy access.

Ride the Narrow Gauge Railway in Welshpool, visit Ironbridge's award winning museums, spend the day shopping in Shrewsbury or simply enjoy some fantastic walks in the stunning countryside and around local attractions such as the Wreakin, Rodney's Pillar, Lake Vyrnwy and Powis Castle.
