Pantytanhouse Fach is a Welsh Longhouse; which has undergone extensive renovation over the past seventeen years. The final stage 'Littlelonghouse' is now complete, and available for rental.

You will love your stay in the beautifully styled self contained holiday accommodation, refurbished to a very high standard: the kitchen is extremely well equipped, tea towels are provided along with tea coffee, sugar, a cafeteria and washing up liquid, whilst the bathroom offers under-floor heating and sumptuous fluffy towels. Curl up on the sofa after your candlelit meal and choose from a wide selection of films. There is a TV with DVD and VHS players, WI-FI also available. The large bedroom has a king size bed with a coil sprung mattress for your added comfort, also hair dryer provided. Outside there is a patio with table and chairs, where you can relax with a bottle of wine and have a barbecue, or chat around the chimenea. Meet the chickens, they are very friendly and enjoy some free range eggs!

Situated in Mid Wales the property is just over an hours drive from the beach and even closer to the historical towns of Chester and Shrewsbury.

The nearest Market town is Welshpool offering both restaurants and supermarkets. With several small villages close by there are many a slice of cake to be scoffed!

Other activities in the local area include fishing, horse riding, cycling, canoeing and rambling.

There are plenty of activities and things to do both close by and in the surrounding area. From walking to quad biking or whether you just want to pick some strawberries you will find ample to do.

The cottage has been decorated and equipped to a high standard, hopefully you won't want for anything!
It’s very cosy cottage in a beautiful peaceful setting; there are plenty of lanterns and candles to create that
romantic ambiance. Your stay here will be very relaxed and hopefully you will take away some lovely memories.

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a lovely patio with a porch and outside lighting or light a few lanterns for that romantic touch.
You have a table, chairs and a barbecue.

We have six acres here for you to explore you can gain access to the fields via the gate near where you park
the car. We have planted 2900 trees over the fields there is a mix of Sessile oak, Downy birch, Rowan, Ash,
Alder, Wild cherry, Crab apple, Hazel, Holly, Hawthorn and Field maple. There is also an abundance of wild flowers growing in the fields. Please close all gates after you.

We have four chickens which you may see wondering around, don’t worry they usually take themselves
back to bed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS:
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking and is non-refundable.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
All bookings are available from 14:00 with leaving time of 10:30. This can be amended in some circumstances on request.

CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the property and refund the balance.

INSURANCE:
We recommend that you take out your own insurance against any losses/injury.

TENANTS OBLIGATIONS:
We would request that you take good care of the house and its contents and leave them in the same condition
as they were on arrival. You will be liable for the cost of any damage, breakage or extra cleaning that is necessary following your stay. Lost keys will incur a £10 charge for replacement. Only the people detailed on the booking confirmation form will be entitled to occupy the house. We may refuse entry to anyone not listed on the booking confirmation form.

RIGHTS OF ENTRY:
We reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable hours to inspect the house and/or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.

OCCUPATION:
If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond his control from making the holiday cottage available and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund all monies paid by you without any further liabilities.

TARIFFS:
We reserve the right to change tariffs during the year for special offers and discount periods. Tariffs are agreed and contracted for on booking and are not subject to change if reduced at a later date.

SMOKING:
Smoking anywhere within the cottage is strictly forbidden. Except outside on the patio.

The holiday cottage owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the tenant or any of his/her party may incur or experience. The owner does not accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect your holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.

Llanfair Caereinion – approximately 10 minutes away has a Spar shop, Londis and a petrol station.
There is a fantastic little wine bar called Just 3 Drops, where you can get amazing food, great wine
and handmade chocolate!

Welshpool – approximately 15 - 20 minutes by car.
Has a good range of supermarkets: Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Somerfields, Iceland.
All your high street favourites - Boots, WHSmith, plenty of cafes and coffee shops, and some interesting shops.

From Welshpool take the A458 west for 7.5 miles, heading towards Dolgellau. Turn right at Heniarth, sign posted Meifod. After 1/4 mile turn left at the crossroads on to the B4382 sign posted Dolanog. The road is narrow here, so take care. After another 1/4 mile take the first left down a lane ( it is a dead end), we are the stone property on the right.
