Home description

Ravenswood Cottage is situated in an idyllic, quiet, Somerset village. With panoramic views of the Mendips and sheep and deer in the fields, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind. It is a haven for ramblers, but equally as attractive for the more eclectic tourist, with the Cathedral City of Wells, the mythical town of Glastonbury and the stunning gorge of Cheddar, all within a ten minute car journey.
For those beach worshippers, the unspoilt shores of Berrow, with its' inviting sand dunes and shipwreck is only ten miles away. The Somerset lowlands are on the doorstep, where Bewicks's swans, golden plovers, lapwings and teals can be spotted.
For people who want a more active holiday there is rock climbing, caving, golfing and sailing to be had.
The local pubs, with their home cooked food and real ales is a must.
