"Beautiful spot.....lovely host"
We spent a week in Angela's beautiful bungalow. The four of us had a bedroom each, two with ensuite. The most fabulous views and such an unspoilt location.
Everything is provided - towels, bedding, coffee and tea. Plus, kitchen drawers have everything you can think of from a safety pin to an envelope - just like being at home.
We took two spaniels with us and they felt very much at home, lots of places for them to run around safely.
Fifteen minute walk gets you down to a gorgeous bay with a natural river stream joining the sea.
Waterville is 5 minutes by car and is a charming little seaside community. Full of warm and welcoming people. Plenty of nice pubs and places to eat, plus good shops to stock up on essentials when you are self catering.
The setting is the perfect base for exploring the Ring of Kerry and is only 2 minutes walk from a well preserved fortified settlement. Lots of history on the doorstep.
Valencia Island has a fabulous chocolate factory and a charming bookshop that is packed to the rafters with well priced second hand books.
We would recommend this as a holiday venue to anyone who wants a nice week enjoying Ireland, being in a location that is ideal to go and do water sports, countryside walks, shopping in big towns and quaint villages - just something for everyone.
Plus, Angela is the most charming of hosts and a delight to meet.

"Simply superb accommodation"
We stayed in this beautiful, idyllic cottage for the first week July 2012. It exceeded all our expectations. It was furnished to a very high standard and had the most magnificent, uninterrupted views across the Atlantic Ocean. Angela and her sister were the most helpful owners, who went out of their way to make our stay warm and welcoming. We were travelling from overseas to meet up with elderly parents (+80 with small dog) and other family members with children (8 people in total). We would thoroughly recommend this rental to anyone wishing to visit the ring of Kerry. From this base, we visited Dingle to swim with the wild dolphin Fungi and went to Killarney to ride through the Gap of Dunloe by jaunting car. We would love to stay in this cottage again if we visit Kerry in the future. Simply superb accommodation.

"A Little Piece Of Heaven In The Kingdom"
Stayed Sept 2011 along with two friends. Our trip was primarily to play golf but there is something for everyone in the area. If it's golf you want then you have two of the finest courses in the country on your doorstep, Waterville G.C(frequented by the great tiger woods) and Skellig Bay. The house itself is definitely your ''home away from home'' it is finished to the highest standards and the views have to be seen to be believed.
The local town , Waterville has plenty of good restaurants and lively pubs. It is also a great area for touring as you are right on the ring of Kerry, not to mention beautiful walks through scenic areas, both coastal and inland.
So whether you want to live it up a bit or simply chill out I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We are returning this September. Can't wait!
