Penny Lane is a newly built luxurious and spacious 3/4 bedroom dormer bungalow on an elevated site. The kitchen is large and equipped with all modern amenities. The Utility Room has a washing machine, dryer and freezer. There are two large bathrooms one of which is a wet room. There is a large conservatory, west facing to get the benefit of the evening sun with a stereo system where you can relax. The sitting room has an open turf fire. There is a selection of reading materials, board games and cards. There is an oil-fired heating system throughout the house. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely hill and sea views - a different view from every window. There is ample car parking with garden furniture and bar-b-que. The house is close to all amenities - the Village of Waterville has a great selection of restaurants and bars, some of which have entertained in the evenings.

This house is suitable for all age groups - families, single people etc. There is so much to do e.g. 2 Golf Courses, 1 a championship golf course, one of the top 5 in Ireland, fishing in Lough Currane, excellent salmon and trout fishing with boats and gillees available for hire.Also river fishing. Deep sea fishing also available with a number of local boats for hire. Also great fishing from shore.

Horse riding stables are located nearby. There is a very interesting walking trail called The Kerry Way which is ideal for walking enthusiasts. There are a number of sea activities for children locally.
