The County Kerry region

County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

Waterville

Lying between Lough Currane and Balinskelligs Bay sits the coastal tourist resort of Waterville. It is surrounded by spectacular mountain and lakeland scenery, and the sandy beach at Waterville is unspoiled and offers the perfect spot for a great day on the beach. The resort also has an 18-hole golf course and some interesting archaeological remains that are worth investigating. For keen walkers, the Kerry Way is close by and anglers may care to take advantage of one of the area's many rivers and lakes. There are boat trips to places of interest such as Beginish Island, Skelligs and Dingle, and the vibrant town of Cahersiveen is only 10 miles away and has a wide variety of amenities. This is a fabulous base from which to see this stunning part of Ireland.

Thank you for your lovely review and it was so nice for the owner and ourselves to hear how much you enjoyed your holiday. The benefit of such a spacious house is that everyone can take full advantage of the facilities and split the costs therefore often working out more financially beneficial than booking several smaller properties!

It is standard practice in Ireland for utilities to be billed on a consumption basis. The owner charges oil and electricity by before and after meter readings at cost price, and the cost of gas is included in the rental.

The owners hope that they may look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

"Fabulous house in a Stunning location"

If you are thinking of going on Holiday to Kerry in a large group then this is the house for you..A very well equipped house ,though I have suggested to the Caretaker that a larger fridge freezer and B.B.Q was needed. We went with a party of 21 and had plenty of room for eating and sleeping and with a beautiful lake at the bottom of the garden.(Boat is not supplied) though we had brought wetsuits and had great fum!!!
Just a short walk to Waterville town this location is very central to the Ring of Kerry.
Great value for money if three families are thinking of sharing.....All in all had a Fantastic time there and hope to return again.
