Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a rear lawned area with patio, picnic bench and BBQ, perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. The coastal town of Waterville has many amenities and there are attractions and activities in the area to suit all tastes. 11 Waterville Bay is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to explore this part of Ireland.

The Waterville area
The coastal resort of Waterville sits between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane and provides many amenities. As the tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry, the resort is surrounded by mountains and lakes and provides a sandy beach, 18 hole golf course and interesting archaeological remains. Walking can be enjoyed along the delightful Kerry Way, while fishing is available on one of the area's rivers and lakes. Other attractions are boat trips to Skelligs, Beginish Island or Dingle and a visit to the coastal town of Cahersiveen is only ten miles away. Waterville is a fantastic base to explore the area.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
