It is situated beside the Ocean Village complex with its casino, bars and restaurants. The apartment, which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, is simply stunning. It is modern and comfortable with a superb integral kitchen and wooden floors throughout. The large double bedroom with balcony has its own ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath while the twin bedded room is opposite the family shower room. There is a security door-entry intercom system, free high speed internet broadband Wifi and an iPod docking station.

The Watergardens apartments overlook the Ocean Village complex with its casino, bars and restaurants and there is a public car park a short walk away. Free buses go from outside Watergardens to all over Gibraltar and the shops of Main Street with their duty-free goods are a mere five minutes walk.
The Rock of Gibraltar region
You cannot have a holiday in Gibraltar without visiting the Rock, the apes den and St Michael's Cave. All the taxis can do tours up the Rock but you can also walk to the Alameda Gardens and go up on the cable car. Gibraltar is of course steeped in history and the museum and Trafalgar cemetery are places of great interest. There are of course wonderful beaches around the rock, Eastern Beach and Catalan Bay are two of the most popular and there are free buses to get there.
The Waterport area
There are so many restaurants in Gibralar, too many to name but notable ones, apart from all the eateries in Ocean Village, are Cafe Roja in Irish Town, The Waterfront and The Boatyard in Queensway Quay, Bianca's and Charlies in Marina Bay and of course Gauchos close to Watergardens. Dolphin watching is a favourite pastime in Gibraltar with a few dolphin boats leaving both Ocean Village and Marina Bay marinas daily.

Gibraltar has several airlines coming in on a daily basis. Monarch, British Airways, BMIbaby and Easyjet come in from various cities throughout the UK. Regional airports have flights to Malaga where you can collect a hire car and drive down the toll road within approx. one and a half hours.

Excellent apartment in all areas, cleanliness, comfort, space, location, Even the weather was appalling (same as UK...). We have lots of family in Gibraltar and went over to surprise them, the apartment coped very well having, 15 people for lunch on Mother's Day... Had a phone call in the evening( from the owners) to see if all was well..... this was much appreciated . Deposit returned within the week (unlike another owner in Gib ) Highly recommend this apartment.... |

stayed here with my three sisters it was such a beautiful stylish apartment with everything you will ever need , iron and ironing board, washing machine dish washer, lovely comfy clean beds very homely, lots of tv channels if u fancy a night in which we did and every utensil u will ever need to cook a meal . shops restaurants casino within a five minute walk . we stayed for national day 10th sept a day we will never forget the whole island partied all day and night we went on a dolphin trip really cheap and saw lots such a fantastic memory also a trip up the rock brilliant day with the barbary apes. will definately book again jackie the owner very nice lady replied to e mails immediately left manual for everything you need to know regarding rubbish, buses, trips, tv , washer etc 100 per cent recommend this apartment very close to beach shops restaurants marina.. |
