The Hebrides/Skye region

The Isle of Skye is situated off the north west coast of Scotland and is full of wonderful things to do and places to see. If you are in to climbing - the Cuillin are right in the middle of the island consisting of a number of Munroes (mountains over 3000 feet) and a technical ridge.

The scenery is varied and stunning from wild coastal scenery, to jagged mountains and open moorland.

As you enter Waternish you first pass Fairy Bridge where you must acknowledge the fairies who will then take care of you. As you drive along further onto the peninsula, the seascape opens up revealing breathtaking views across Loch Bay to the islands and beyond to the Outer Hebrides. Waternish is renowned for its sunsets and clear skies.

Gill and Ian are really nice people, so generous, so welcoming, giving precious advice to discover their mervellous piece of land. A kind of paradise for all who love Nature and like to go for long walks.
Brae Fasach is very comfortable, very well equipped, very quiet of course! We feel good there.
A highly recommended place in this beautiful Isle of Skye.
Hope to come back again one day.

Thank you - we just do our best to get it right for our guests.
