Barn Cottage has character and the feeling of space with its vaulted ceiling and spacious Kitchen.
3 Double bedrooms 1 with shower room en suit and family bathroom.Large Dining Area and Table.Fantastic for large groups or bigger families with the mini Barn.

Watergate Bay is for the extreme sporty types. Surfing, Body Boarding, Kite tracking, Kite Surfing.For the less energetic beautiful coastal walks and a 2 mile beach to walk on.Spa in Scarlet Hotel Morgan Porth Beach
Lessons can be booked through Extreme sports.

For the foodies there is Jamie Olivers which you must book well in advanced . The Beach hut with the best hot white chocolate in the world. Watergate Bay Hotel great for a sunset drink on the terrace,watching the surfers.
Kids and dogs very welcome.Friends can fly in for the weekend and be back in the office Monday Morning.Airport 2 mins away .CoarseFishing 2 mins .

The property is heated with an attractive oil Efel Stove in the lounge. The Aga in the Kitchen heats the water which is very hot all the time.There is plenty of space to entertain in the open plan Kitchen dinner.Cooking on the Aga is slower to go with the pace of life.
The teenages can hang out in the mini barn with flat screen TV,and make as much noise as they want.
Or the small Barn is perfect for a couple with young children or a baby.
The walk is 10 min to the beach is not great as there is no path.Parking is at the Beach £5 per day in upper car Park.

Barn Cottage is approached up some steps so no wheel chair access. Its Garden is enclosed and private mainly Lawn with a seating area.Table and chaires in the Summer.You can provide your own BBQ.

I require a £100 pound deposit on all bookings which will be returned when the property has been checked over at the end of your stay and will be retuned within 14 days.Also 30% up front of the rental fee
Payments for your holiday should go into Barn Cottage account 8 weeks before Holiday Date.If not the booking will be seen as Cancelled.
Should you have to cancel your holiday, your deposit will be none refundable.Your Holiday Insurance will pay for that.
I dont really want DOGS anymore but if its an absolute must I Charge at £100 per dog so why not leave them with a dog minder.
They have to perfectly trained .
NO Going on the Beds or Furniture at any time. Own Beds or Basket must be provided.I am reluctant to take any dogs as i have had some dog owners who have abused the rules of the house. Thats why the dog price is high.The dog has to be an Angel No scratching at Doors. Not alowed on any Furniture. Not Outside the kitchen area. Forbiden in any other part of the house. This rule has been abused too many times.Dog hair everywhere and poo everywhere Shocking>

Sheets and 2 towels per person are provided. Welcome pack provided.

Cleaning Fees Should be left at the end of your Stay £100 for the Main Barn.£50 for the Mini Barn

Watergate bay has its own micro climate with its Golden 2 mile Beach, turquoise sea situated on the rugged exciting North Cornish Coast. Cornwalls mild climate means summer comes early, so the amazing flora and fauna is worth taking in at the National Trusts many Gardens.Cornwall has many food and drink festivals throughout the year, with its many celebrity chefs.

Newquay its nearest town has lots of shops and activities for the Family. Trendy Padstow is 9 miles away with Historic Turo with its Cathedral10 miles.
There is always somewhere to Visit or do in all weathers
The Camel trail (hire a bike) is a must for all, from Padstow to Wadbridge. A visit to Jamie Olivers 15 in Watergate Bay,great for Sunday Lunch. St Ives for the Artists.There is always a little beach that you haven't been to, with a funky beach cafe.The New Spa Hotel ,The Scarlet in Morgan Porth is absolutely stunning and worth a visit for Mum. I didn't want to leave, or a romantic dinner. No children allowed.

For the hard core there is extreem Water sports. Surfing is the religion on the North coast
You could hop on a plane and visit the Silly Isles or pop over to the South side and Visit Fowey and drop in at the Eden centre on the way home.Cornwall has a little something to please everyone.You'll definitely want return

M5 for 1 junction on to A30 till you see signs for Newquay airport.
