The Retreat is a semi detached cottage, adjoining the owners' home, in the Somerset village of Washford near to the coastal town of Watchet. The cottage has two ensuite bedrooms (one double and one twin) and is suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with dining area and a woodburner and a sauna. Outside the cottage there is off road parking for two cars, a private decking area and shared use of an outdoor swimming pool (May - October). With all of its fantastic facilities, The Retreat is a superb holiday cottage for a family holiday.

Oil underfloor central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, 3 x DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for two cars. Private decking area with furniture and BBQ leading to shared pool area opening on to an accessible field. Shared use of outdoor swimming pool (available 1st May - 1st October). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk (some walking on road, no pavement). Note: There are outdoor steps and a stream in the grounds. Note: The drive at the property is only large enough to accommodate family-sized cars, up to people carriers. Note: As this property adjoins the owners’ home, some bedrooms in the owners’ home are above the bedrooms in The Retreat, however, noise is minimal.

Watchet
