As you enter the apartment you have a lounge area with a large window giving excellent views of the surrounding area. Comfortable sofa bed gives great views of the flatscreen TV complete with SKY and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including all plates and crockery.

There is one good sized bedroom with a double bed and another flatscreen TV for ultimate enjoyment. The property will sleep 2 people in the bedroom and the sofa bed give flexible accommodation for another 2 people meaning the apartment will accommodate 4 people in total.


The bathroom has a great shower which towers over the bath, along with a WC and sink area.

Great links to Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon. Warwick Parkway train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and there are plenty of bus routes from the town centre.

This apartment is located very close to a large Sainsbury's supermarket and is less than a 5 minute walk into Warwick Town Centre with its large range of bars and restaurents.

Warwick boasts great restaurents and bars along with the world famous 'Warwick Castle'. There are many museums and places of interest within walking distance.

“Location is very convenient, and the owner is very responsible” The best part of this flat is its locational convenience - 2 minutes walk from Sainsbury's, minutes from town center where shops and restaurants are. Rooms are very clean, and it's also a very quiet place to stay. The Owner is very responsible, and deals with any problems or queries with immediacy. Though the price is just a bit expensive, overall, it's a very good flat with excellent service, so, I would truly recommend this flat to anybody.

If you require split weeks then the rate is calculates as follows....

"9 days in February 2012" - 1 week is £449 per week. £449 divided by 7 days, multiplied by 9 days = £577.86 in total.

For all bookings there is a final cleaning charge of £50. This would make the total for the above example £622.29

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:

1) Ring 01926 499445 / 07734 434379 with credit/debit card details. We will take a deposit and details necessary for the booking

2) Send an e-mail enquiry saying you wish to book and pay by bank transfer. An invoice and bank details will then be e-mailed back so you can make the deposit payment.
