Romeo Cottage is a beautiful, Detached open plan beautiful barn conversion with traditional beam features and high vaulted ceiling. Situated only 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Stafford-upon-Avon at Arden Hill Farm, magnificent countryside views. Perfect for families, couples or groups. On the ground floor the entrance hallway leads to a large spacious relaxing lounge area incorporating 3 large leather sofas, plasma TV and feature fire place. The dining room consists of large table and chairs ideal for everyday dining or a special meal, french doors open onto the pretty cottage garden, complete with luxury table, chairs & parasol. The kitchen has modern fully fitted units, complete with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc. It is very well stocked with crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. Utility cupboard for cleaning supplies, Hoover, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 2 has a super king 6ft bed or twin beds, wardrobe and unit, from this bedroom you have magnificent views of the castle.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The first floor has luxurious carpets. There is a new modern fitted white bathroom with a w.c., bath with large separate shower.
Louge has a luxury deep matress sofa bed.
The Castle Lodge comes complete with free-view TV, free broadband Wi-Fi connection, hob & oven, crockery, cutlery & utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, vacuum, iron & ironing board. Hot water, electric & heating included. Supplied duvets with white linen & towels provided free of charge.

The private road bring tranquilness and quaintness to your holiday. however you only have to walk around 5 minutes up into the main town which has all the attractions and features of an historic town location that you could desire. Stratford Upon Avon is famous for the amazing William Shakespeare Tourist attractions along with an abundance of other local attractions.
Central England and the Cotswolds are renowned for their picturesque towns and rolling fields. The popular city of Oxford boasts over 30 colleges with picture-book quadrangles and lawns, and most are open to visitors for a small fee. Stratford-Upon-Avon is another great visitor attraction, with visitors keen to see Shakespeare’s home town and the RSC productions staged here all year round.
The Warwick / Central Warwick area
Close your eyes and picture a beautiful cottage. Around every corner there are dramatic picturesque views of the Castle, medieval bridge, Castle Mill and the river. The cottage is in a place of peace and beauty easily walk into Warwick village. Plus the added bonus of St Nicolas Park ideal for walking, boating, crazy golf, feed the ducks, children’s play area, leisure centre with swimming pool, cafe, tennis and 5-a-side football pitch are just to mention a few. Warwick Racecourse has many events throughout the year. Other activities close by include golfing, cricket and spa centres. Why not also incorporate a visit to Stratford upon Avon, only a short drive from the The Castle Lodge, an historic town with many attractions including the William Shakespeare Houses and Gardens experience.
Whilst staying at the cottage why not visit Warwick Castle the greatest themed medieval experience. Warwick town is a friendly location leaving a memorable experience with something for all ages. The cottage is centrally located set amidst the historic buildings of Warwick town having a good reputation for the variety of its cafes, restaurants and other eateries. The Market Square plays host to numerous events throughout the year and is the home of the Charter Market. Warwick is graced with a wide variety of attractive parks and gardens. Easy access to the motorway road, train & bus network.
