Summer is here ( well almost ), flights to Warsaw are getting cheaper and it's time YOU paid us a visit !

So welcome to Swan Studio a cute, clean and comfy studio apartment just by Mariensztat Square near Warsaw Old Town.. ideal for two but can sleep four - double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette , ( tea, coffee, milk and cookies provided ) , a small bathroom with shower and hairdryer ( check out my layout )

Wifi ? But of course !

What more could you possibly want ?

We're much cheaper than a good hotel and our Guests think we're even better ( just read the reviews )

Location wise where better to stay that just by the splendour and Atmosphere of Warsaw's Old Town ?

Anywhere you might want to go or see - galleries, dining, nightife or shopping we'll guide you in the right direction - everything is close by.Old Town and the river are both very close, the National Stadium not too far and the new Copernicus Centre about 10 minutes walk

Tired and need to relax ? There's even an xbox360 and a nearby pub has agreed to give my Guests a 20% discount from your food and drink bills.

I think our reviews will tell you it's been a popular place and that we love seeing our Guests leave happy.

Location is just right for anyone visiting Warsaw -

If you have any questions at all about the apartment, about location or Warsaw in general don't hesitate to call contact me !

PS - Guests arriving at the Central Train Station let me know in advance, I can quite often come and pick you up on my way

Something about Marensztat...

Mariensztat is a neighbourhood in Warsaw's borough of ?ródmie?cie (city centre). It is located between the Vistula river and the Old Town. The historical neighbourhood dates from the 18th century, when local nobleman Eustachy Potocki married Maria K?tska and received the parcel of land as part of K?tska's dowry. He established a jurydyka and named the town Maryenstadt after his wife, adding the German suffix stadt to please the Saxon king of Poland. After World War II, the spelling was changed to Mariensztat, but this did not change the pronunciation. The neighbourhood was razed to the ground during the Warsaw Uprising in 1944. Reconstruction work began in 1948, involving a complete redesign of the street plan and architectural appearance of the area. Mariensztat became a model housing project under Poland's new communist authorities, and was the first part of the city to be completed in their ongoing reconstruction of Warsaw.

No Smoking, Just respect this place as you would your own and feel at home. We will be there to meet you and will try to explain everything and wev will also send you a house manual with some more information about everything after you have booked. We have a good relationship with our neighbours so please respect the 'cisza nocna' between 10pm and 6am ( be a bit quieter basically ). Anything you find in the fridge or cupboards is there for you as well and the dvds or books are there for your entertainment ( but leave them behind for the next guests please ! )
