Warsaw is a very unique city. You can visit many local museums or have a walk through Lazienki Park. There are also alternative ways to spend your time in this city looking at remains of the socialist architecture or walking through the charming little streets of the beutiful Old Town.
How to get there
There are many budget airlines that fly to Warsaw (Easyjet, Rynair, Wizzair, SkyEurope, Norwegian, Centralwings), additinally the airport is only 10 km away from the main city centre. The taxi drive to the city centre should cost you no more than 50 PLN (15 €). You may also take #175 bus, the cost is around 2,5 PLN. If you choose this way of transport please beware for pickpockets.
