House | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 5
A large single storey house with 2 large double bedrooms 1x ensuite, further single bedroom currently used a study , could be made up as single bedroom if needed. Family bathroom, large kitchen diner, spacious lounge.
Off street parking at front and enclosed rear garden.
The property was refurbished in 2012 bringing up to a high standard and comes fully furnished and well equipped.
This unique property was originally an Estate Office for Longleat built in 1905 and has various character features and wooden floors throughout is clean and well maintained.
The property is within easy walking distance of Warminster Town, Railway Station and Bus links.
All my clients have enjoyed their stay both when they are in the house and also the surrounding attractions in Wiltshire and nearby.
The unique stained glass internal windows and the magnificent building methods (double sash windows), solid brick walls and handmade oregon pine windows with original glass make this property stand out in the conservation area

The Central Southern England region
Wiltshire is one of the quieter areas in Southern England. In between the M3 and the M4 there are excellent connections to the South West, Wales and the M5 going north. The Dorset coast is 1 hour's drive to the south on good roads.
The Warminster area borders the Salisbury Plain with Stonehenge only about 20 minutes away. To the North is the beautiful town of Bath. 10 minutes away is the Longleat Estate and the world famous Safari Park. Stourhead and a rash of National Trust properties are all less than one hour away. Country pubs abound in the many quiet villages in the area. There are numerous walks and for the adventurous Salisbury Plain is within walking distance. Warminster Golf Club is a 3 minute drive.

"A cosy english house and a great place to visit"
