The hiring is for holiday purposes only.

The owner reserves the right to enter the property to do urgent works.

The owner accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the Hirers' possessions or motor car whilst at the property.

The Hirer agrees to take care of the property and contents: it must be left in a clean and tidy condition, linen must be taken care of and towels not removed from the cottage.

Pets are permitted, but must be kept under control, not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms; dog dirt must be removed from gardens. Pets must not be left in the cottage alone or unattended at any time during your stay.

Maximum party size at the property must not be exceeded. Any breach of this condition will result in admission being refused or immediate expulsion without compensation for lost rent. Hirer's may not have more than 2 visitors at the property at any one time and must depart by 11pm. This condition may only be varied by permission with the Owner.

Cancellation
1. Any cancellation must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing.
2. If you do have to cancel we will attempt to relet the cottage and if successful deduct £60 admin fee, plus any additional reductions that we need to make to relet the property.
3. If advised over 12 weeks prior to holiday,we will refund the deposit less £60 admin fee.

Booking notes
Deposit of 50% is required when booking with balance due 8 weeks before the start of holiday. Full payment due on time of booking if within 8 weeks of start date.
Bank transfer or cheque required as deposit to secure booking.
Short Breaks available Oct- Mar (min 2 nights).

Close to historic towns Dorchester and Wareham offering shopping and markets, Weymouth's sandy beach and panoramic sea views, also hosting the Olympic sailing events 2012, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The Jurassic coast offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the county with a range of coastal walks, including the famous landmarks of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.

Also in close proximity is Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Castle, Monkey World, Corfe Castle and the cottages of Thomas Hardy and T.E. Lawrence along with many other attractions.

“Home From Home” A wonderful welcome pack on arrival.The cottage itself was very comfortable,excellent layout and facilities.It was very dog friendly with great walks around the area, set itself in a quiet country lane.Also a very good base for traveling around Dorset.Would like to return in future.

“a very comfortable, stylish and welcoming property” An absolute gem. Spotlessly clean, modern and stylish, with the only bed I have ever slept in that was more comfortable than my own. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and a very good base for the Jurassic coast and lots of good walks. A very good local pub serving good food within easy walking distance and several more within a short drive.

“Peace and quiet in Dorset” Spent a cracking long weekend in Win Place. Home from home. Clean and modern accommodation. Winfrith Newburgh is 15 minutes from Lulworth Cove and some great walking along the Jurassic Coast to Durdle Door. The Red Lion pub up the road serves some excellent Badger Beers and good food. The owners, Sharon and David, couldn't have been more helpful. We've already booked to come back next year.
