1 standard double bed, single put-up bed and cot available for young children. Light kitchen/diner, with washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. living area with 2 sofa's TV with DVD library. Bathroom: bath with shower over. Bedroom 1 standard double, wardrobe and chest.
No Smoking. Breakages must be paid for.
All on one level accept one step up into property, ideal for the these wanting to avoid stairs.
Secure guest parking just outside accommodation.
Sorry not wheelchair friendly.
Up to 2 dogs welcome (£10 each dog) not allowed in bedrooms or left unattended at any time.

The Jurassic coast offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the county with a range of coastal walks, including the famous landmarks of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
Also in close proximity is Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Castle, Monkey World, Corfe Castle and the cottages of Thomas Hardy and T.E. Lawrence along with many other attractions

The hiring is for holiday purposes only.
The owner reserves the right to enter the property to do urgent works.
The owner accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the Hirers' possessions or motor car whilst at the property.
The Hirer agrees to take care of the property and contents: it must be left in a clean and tidy condition, linen must be taken care of and towels not removed from the cottage.
Pets are permitted, but must be kept under control, not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms; dog dirt must be removed from gardens. Pets must not be left in the cottage alone or unattended at any time during your stay.
Maximum party size at the property must not be exceeded. Any breach of this condition will result in admission being refused or immediate expulsion without compensation for lost rent. Hirer's may not have more than 2 visitors at the property at any one time and must depart by 11pm. This condition may only be varied by permission with the Owner.
Cancellation
1.Any cancellation must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing.
2.If you do have to cancel we will attempt to relet the cottage and if successful deduct £60 admin fee, plus any additional reductions that we need to make to relet the property.
3. If advised over 12 weeks prior to holiday,we will refund the deposit less £60 admin fee
Conditions
Deposit of 50% is required when booking with balance due 8 weeks before the start of holiday. Full payment due on time of booking if within 8 weeks of start date.
Bank transfer or cheque required as deposit to secure booking.
