Perth City is an easy 15/20 minute drive north. Hillarys Harbour and the beaches along the Ocean Reef area are also close by.

Perth City offer an easy going life style set on the beautiful Swan river and inner city parks like Kings Park add to the relaxed natural feel. The Sunset Coast is located in the metropolitan area on the outskirts of Perth. It stretches 50 km from Cottesloe in the south to Two Rocks in the north.

Wanneroo / Ashby area

Situated in the neat, new suburb of Ashby, it is close to both Wanneroo and Joondalup shopping centres. Joondalup offers a varied range of restaurants and eateries and there are cinema complexes in both Joondalup and nearby Currambine. The property is in close proximity to Burns Beach, a popular local beauty spot which is ideal for coastal walking, cycling or picnics at the beach.

Ashby is also close to local primary and secondary schools and is an easy 20/25 minute drive along the freeway to Perth City and about 30/35 minutes away from Fremantle. It is serviced by bus routes to either Joondalup or Wanneroo and Perth and there is a train service from Joondalup to Perth.
