"Perfect, in every way!"
You know that you are in for a good stay when you arrive to fresh milk, biscuits and tea. Perfect after a 5 hour trip! We stayed for a week. Having a young child we stayed in every night. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. DVD's and books kept us entertained. Walks on the beach. Monopoly in the dining room. There is nothing more that I could have asked for and nothing I would wish to change. We cannot wait to return. Many thanks!

"Totally amazing holiday xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
We were a bit worried by this holiday in all honesty, we've never stayed so far out and away from the centre of things, but, OMG!!! the place was amazing!!!!! Sure the place is pretty basic, but so comfortable and right on the sea-front. Our kids loved the remoteness of everything and the safeness of the beach(which we had basically to ourselves). We were lucky with the weather and Wendy and Tom (the owners) we're always on hand if we needed help. All in all a fantastic, relaxing holiday. We can highly recommend this for anyone wanting to escape from it all and just enjoy the peace and quiet of the Norfolk coast. Also try Kingfishers cafe/fish n chip shop, fantastic and great value for money. The Poachers is a great place on the front too, and the upstairs seating area as a fantastic view of the sea. Anyone with young children head to the Light House for the children's entertainment on a evening, plus lovely food. All this is within walking distance, but if you go wider afield in the car there are more gorgeous places to explore. Finally, just want to say thank you to Tom and Wendy, we will defo be back xxxxxxxxxxx

"Perfect seaside cottage"
The cottage is in a perfect location for the beach and exploring the local area. It is well equipped, particularly for young children (lots of toys) and plenty of dvds, books and magazines to browse. Local OS maps and guides were also provided which was very useful. Beds comfortable and plenty of living space. Highly recommend.

"A Hidden Gem"
Every family should have one! this holiday let is the perfect place for relaxing and getting away from it all. The holiday bungerlow has everything that you need to enjoy a break next to the sea. What sets this apart from other holiday lets is it's location, it's a perfect place to exsplore, either by foot or by car the Norfolk coast. We had fabulous beach walks. The sea is at the bottom of the garden. My nearly 6 year old boy had a wonderful time. Everyone was friendly. We had a great holiday at Sandbank and i'm sure we will return.

"Excellent location, relaxing holiday"
We all had a fabulous week at Sandbank, great property - exactly as advertised, lovely welcome gifts + pint of milk!
Excellent location, spent a lot of time playing cricket + football on the field and went on the beach every day often more than once a day! Hardly used the car, but when we did Bewilderwood was an great day out + hiring a boat in Wroxham for a day on the Broads was fabulous (the dog particularly enjoyed it!!).
Would highly recommend Sandbank, very clean + tidy, hosts extremely helpful + welcoming.

"My dream location - When can I move in full time?"
Spent a relaxing week in Sandbank at the beginning of December. The weather was cold and windy but sunny and the waves crashing on the beach were awesome. Although we went in first week of December the cottage had plenty of heating and was cosy. The location is very peaceful, away from traffic and I can imagine it being brilliant for kids in the summer with such a lovely sandy beach on the doorstep. We enjoyed walks every day on the beach which is a two minute walk away, and found plenty of things to do and enjoy in this area. There is a friendly pub a short walk down the beach at Happisburgh - where there is also a fresh fish shop. There is a local pub and a small shop and excellent fish and chip shop at Bacton just a mile up the road. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need, including jigsaws, books and games. It is so comfortable, light and airy, and good value for money - can't wait to book the cottage again soon.

The owners of the property really go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a wonderful holiday. The property is well equipped, clean and comfortable with a spectacular sea view. Access to a lovely sandy beach is a short walk away (down a slipway). A clifftop path to Happisburgh is a pleasant walk with lovely views. There are 2 pubs, a well equipped shop/post office, a fish and chip shop and cafe all in easy walking distance. Great location to explore the wider area. Highly recommend.
