About the home

Both properties set in private surroundings, in a Sri Lankan village.

English owned, and built in late 2005 to a very high standard. Surrounded by trees, it's a bird watchers paradise, many can be seen from the balconies. We are 400m from the sea via a short boat ride, or if you prefer, it has a large pool and sun terrace, and shaded area for relaxing. Only a short walk from local restaurant, hotel and shops, or a short tuk tuk ride if you wish to go into Negombo, with it's many bars, restaurants and hotels.
River trips, fishing, and trips to all parts of the island can be arranged.

The North-Western Province region

The beautiful west coast with it's long unspoiled beaches, palms, coconut trees, and it's leisurely pace of life,with it's constant 30c and 12hours of sun most days, await you.

There is no need to venture very far from the villa, for the lovely beach at Aluththota.

River boat trips will let you see many water monitors, fish and a variety of beautiful birds.

The Waikkal area
