Home description

Situated in the secret wooded hamlet of the sought after area of Burlawn, approximately 1 mile from Wadebridge town centre. Wadebridge offers an excellent range of restaurants, cafes and individual shops. Burlawn is walking distance to many different trails in Hustyns woods, which in turn leads you to the Camel trail to Padstow, to the famous Rick Stein’s restaurant. Alternatively the trendy surf spots of Polzeath and sailing village of Rock are only a 20 minutes drive away.

At Pine Gwel you can enjoy the early morning to late afternoon sunshine on the front decking over looking the woods. And then the sun until dusk in the spacious back garden
