The location is unsurpassed, with views across Lundy Bay to the mystical Tintagel Island. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away via the coast path, from which there are some stunning views. The garden is a delightful feature, at the rear of this detached bungalow, there is a large level lawn, perfect for playing and even a "secret garden," an ideal spot for a summer BBQ, whilst taking in the fabulous sea views.

There is much to see and do around the area with the famous surfing beach of Polzeath only 1.5 miles away with its wide sandy beach and many rock pools. The sailing village of Rock, and the quaint fishing towns of Padstow and Port Isaac are within five miles. Wadebridge is close by, with its shops, cinema and sports hall. There are many fine golf courses nearby at Roserow, St Enedoc and St Kew, along with the famous Eden Project which is well worth a visit.

Decorated and furnished in such a way as to continue inside the natural, relaxing colours of the sea and countryside. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 master double with king-size bed, walk in dressing room and en-suite with shower over bath and WC, 1 further double with sea views and 2 singles. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Please be aware that the bathroom and 1 of the single bedrooms is accessed via a big step down. Lounge: large, comfortable room which overlooks the large garden and the sea. It has a TV, DVD, woodburner and patio doors opening onto the garden. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large round dining table. Sun lounge with seating and table. Outside: patio doors lead onto the garden. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking and no pets. Additional info: wi-fi available with a purchased drink in the The Waterfront Cafe Bar, Polzeath approx 1.5 miles. Location: beach within walking distance, pub and shop 1.5 miles.
