Gorgeous contemporary apartment with safe secure underground parking. Everything is pristine with top spec appliances and beautiful fixtures and fittings. An ever changing view of the river outside with swans, ducks, fish, wading birds ,cormorants , canoeists all floating by . Beautifully quiet as well within the apartment. Couldn't hear any noise at all from neighbours so superb sound proofing. Wadebridge has some excellent restaurants , shops , an old fashioned cinema , skate ramps and a childrens park opposite the apartment, tennis courts down the road (so don't forget your rackets ) and all within easy walking distance of the apartment and bike hire for the Camel Trail are literally on your doorstep as is the actual Camel Trail, so you can get a good early start and beat the queues and spend a lovely day in Padstow before cycling back . There is a fantastic Sculpture Workshop ,see TripAdvisor reviews , (sculptureworkshop.co.uk) in Wadebridge if it's a rainy day where you can spend a fantastic few hours with your children creating a sculpture you can each be proud of . Eden project isn't too far away either. So sunshine or showers this apartment is the perfect base for all of Cornwalls gems .

We had a wonderful week in Wadebridge...helped enormously by brilliant weather. This apartment is in a perfect location for cycling along the Camel Trail and also for visiting other areas in North Cornwall. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard with every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. The secure underground parking is an additional bonus. We would certainly recommend this apartment to others and hope to return soon.

We had a long weekend in this conveniently located and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom property overlooking the River Camel. It was very comfortable and very well equipped should you wish to eat in and fend for yourselves. We were able to walk into Wadebridge to eat and shop and also to hire bikes to cycle the Camel Trail. The location was excellent for exploring the villages and beaches of the North Cornwall Coast as well as testing ourselves on the various golf courses. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we will be back for another visit.
