With lovely views of the Camel estuary and the surrounding countryside Broadmeadows is a striking modern property, in a prime location to visit the quaint fishing town of Padstow (a 10 minute drive), the charming market town of Wadebridge or cycle the Camel Trail. Padstow has many attractions including pubs and restaurants, lovely beaches in the local area and plenty of craft and gift shops. Wadebridge also offers plenty to keep you occupied, including a range of pubs, restaurants and cafés, a cinema and a great selection of local shops. The Camel Trail is less than 2 miles away down some pretty country lanes and affords some stunning views of the Camel estuary with its abundance of wildlife and provides level walking or cycling to Bodmin in one direction, and Padstow in the other. Broadmeadows is finished to a very high standard and with great attention to detail and has several features which make it more eco-friendly than most, including solar-powered heating and hot water. The property also benefits from a spacious conservatory, and a courtyard to allow you to sit out in the sun with a glass of wine.
