Many visitors comment on the quiet they experience here, and a peaceful stay is assured with a variety of activities within easy reach; walking n the moor or the coastal path, cycling, surfing or playing on the beautiful beaches.
The house offers plenty of room for a family holiday; there are four good sized bedrooms as shown in the photographs. It is difficult to get a proper impression form photos so here are the dimensions of each room.

The West Country region
We are situated in the traditional Cornish village of St.Mabyn, a few miles from the coast, and are thus a short drive away from some of the busier coastal destinations. The historic village of Port Isaac and the surfing beach of Polzeath are both some 15 minutes' drive away, and the magnificent rugged scenery of Bodmin Moor can be reached in a similar time. Closer still is the inland end of the Camel Trail which allows safe and easy cycling or walking through woodland, beside the river Camel, to the delightful market town of Wadebridge and then via the famous Camel Estuary to Padstow. In the village you will find a handy shop and Post Office, a park, and also a welcoming and friendly pub and Restaurant.
Cornwall is one of the prime holiday destinations in the country, with tremendous attractions such as the famous Eden Project and a number of magnificent gardens and houses to visit, many of them maintained by the National Trust. There are many places for children to enjoy, including Crealy's adventure park which is about 15 minutes drive away. Harbour towns such as Fowey, Padstow, and even Falmouth are within easy reach. Active people can enjoy surfing, walking, cycling, and any number of more adventurous sports at locations throughout the county.
