VILLA HUSLERVILLE is a great place to stay for friends and family visiting people based at Ayia Nikolaos Camp - many relatives and friends visit throughout the year. For example, if you are a couple with your family and grandchildren based at Ayia Nik Camp, it is possible for your family to stay with you during your holiday (as long as the headcount does not exceed 6) - it is no problem to include extra linen / towels with no additional cost. The price quoted on the rate card is for 6!!
At Ayios Nikolaos, there are further facilities such as a cinema, go-karting, skateboard park and a large indoor heated swimming pool.
This villa is away from all the hustle and bustle and faces open countryside - a refreshing change from all the concrete in the more built up areas. You can certainly get away from it all and just relax by your private pool, but you are still within walking distance of a supermarket, bakers and 2 fabulous tavernas.
The Villa is light and spacious with sliding patio doors leading from the lounge to your private 6x3 swimming pool which is set in a large terrace and well maintained garden. There is ample lighting around the pool terrace and in the pool - great for entertaining. A BBQ is available. The terrace provides lots of space to enjoy the sunshine The property is walled and gated making it safe for children to play. There is ample space to park a vehicle off road which is also secure.
There are lots of fabulous beaches and coves to explore - a short drive away. This villa has everything for a quiet relaxing holiday for the whole family.

The furniture and décor in this villa is of a very high standard throughout. There are beamed, vaulted natural timber ceilings giving a lovely rustic feel plus a lot of cypriot features - arches and natural stone. All rooms, including the bedrooms have air conditioning units and ceiling fans. There is a plush leather suite in the lounge for your comfort, plus a 32" flat screen TV with satellite connection, DVD and an Ipod docking station with speakers for your entertainment.
The lounge is separate to the dining room area which opens on to the kitchen which is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher and a water cooler (can be refilled for about 1 euro to save buying bottled water from water machines which are everywhere). For your laundry there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron and a clothes airer.
All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes - 2 double bedrooms are located on the first floor and there is one twin bedroom on the ground floor (ideal for for elderly people unable to go up stairs or for a person with a walking disability). If not in use as a bedroom, it makes a great place to read or generally chill out away from the main lounge. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is access to a fabulous well furnished balcony with rattan furniture and luxury sun loungers via sliding patio doors. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with bathtub plus overhead shower, wash basin and toilet on the first floor and downstairs there is a shower room with toilet and wash basin. As there are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds plus a family bathroom and a shower room this villa would be ideal for 2 families sharing.
Further details outdoors:
The 6x3 swimming pool, terrace and garden is a great place to soak up the sunshine, there are sun beds, tables, chairs and a BBQ, and with the views across the Countryside it is certainly a pleasant change from looking at buildings - the Countryside also seems to have a cooling affect from the heat of the summer.
For your health and safety the swimming pool is cleaned twice a week in the summer months and once a week in the winter months (disruption is minimal, but it is important that you allow the pool technician access).
There is an area for children to play which is separate from the Pool area which will give you peace of mind. It is also a very private sunbathing area.
The garden is also maintained regularly for your enjoyment. There is ample space for children to play. Lots of area to eat "Al Fresco". A large area in front of the villa allows for off road parking. The whole area is walled and gated. and safe for children to play
Although this Villa is a short drive to the beach, it has everything to give you a totally relaxed holiday within walking distance to Tavernas for that evening meal - or if hiring a car you can still take in the resorts which are a short drive away - the best of both worlds you might say.
To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.
The prices quoted are for a week long let, however I can quote for a 2 night stay, 10 days, etc. Please note the cost for an overnight stay is not the price stated per week divided by 7, if staying for 1 day or more the villa has to be cleaned and laundered. Just ask me for a quote.
Normally the Villa is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are felxible.
A deposit of £200 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
If the reservation is less than 6 weeks from the start of the holiday date, the full amount will be required,
Rentals of less than one week must be paid for on reservation.
A security bond of £200 will also be required and should be paid with your deposit - this security bond will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
Once full payment is received an accommodation voucher will be issued which you take with you to Cyprus in exchange for the keys. I have a manager available to meet you at the villa with the keys (24 hour service).
The Famagusta region
Cyprus boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year, the mild winters and warm summers make Cyprus an all year round destination - why not try a Long Let in the Winter (cheaper than paying for electricity to keep warm - a long let is 3 weeks or more. In Vrysoulles you are very close to the towns of Dherynia and Paralimi with boutiques, Restaurants, Tavernas and great coffee bars.
If hiring a car the coves and beaches in this part of Cyprus are beautiful - you could visit a different one each day - Cape Greko, Konnos, Nissi Beach and the unspoilt Potomus Beach are just a few
For night life there are the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa within a 15 minute drive. In this region there are world famous beaches which are fantastic for all water-sports. There is a Water Park near Ayia Napa - a great place for all the family with lots of slides and lovely pools - you can eat in the restaurant or take a picnic. There are many beautiful churches and museums to visit
The Vrysoulles Village area
Vrysoulles is situated amongst the orange groves and is a very sleepy typical Cypriot village - a great place to relax away from all the hustle and bustle - having said that, Vrysoulles has everything on hand - within walking distance there is the local bakers (more like a French Patisserie). A supermarket/General Store, a Chemist and a bank. There are also some great Cypriot Restaurants (Tavernas) in the Village - really friendly and great food!!
Fireman's Cove and the Macronissos Beach outside Ayia Napa are a short drive away. Macronissos Beach is considered to be the most beautiful beach in this region of Cyprus.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at villa Huslerville, from first making the booking Lynda was brilliant she made the booking so easy.
On our arrival we were meet by Bill the property manager he was very helpful and was there if needed.
The villa is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay a lovely holiday. The villa is situated near local bars and restaurants, Vrysoulles is a great place for a relaxing holiday We LOVE IT.

We have stayed at this villa two years running because of its proximity to the military base where my daughter and son-in-law live. This time we had myself, my two daughters and their other halves and my two-year-old grand-daughter. The villa is beautifully clean and exceptionally well-equipped and within walking distance of a few shops, bank and a particularly nice restaurant Xilinos. A lovely holiday all round!

Huslerville is an immaculate, stylishly presented beautiful villa with everything we needed for our stay. It is very conveniently positioned in the village of Vrysoulles with shops and restaurants near by. It is also close to the Army camp for visiting friends and family.
We were very grateful for the welcome pack especially as we arrived at 11pm. also the kind thought to make up beds so our family could stay occasionally. Thank you.
