About the home

La clé des champs has a large Living-room with open kitchen,a bedroom with double bed, a Bathroom with WC.
Upstairs you find two small bedrooms (under roof ) with 3 single beds.

On the pivate terrace, barbecue and garden furniture are available. You can use our facilities: Shared pool and Volley ball.

The Poitou-Charentes / Vendee / Vendee region

Situated in the western France, near the small medieval village Vouvant. Vendée is a traditional region with rural feeling. From our place you can visit: Villages with typical market and historic churches castles, monasteries. You can row in the Marais Poitevin.

The see is only one hour away, you can visit the beautiful city of La rochelle or you go to the nearest beach La Faute sur mer.

Famous attraction parks, like Le puy du fou, le Futuroscope are close to here.

The Vouvant area

Vouvant is only 2 km from our property. It is a very beautiful and typical French village overlooking the undulating countryside, you can have a walk along the middelage rampart, visite Melusine's Tower and the famous church.

The village offers a selection of shops, grocery, backery, giftshop,hairdresser, pharmacy, 2 bars, a restaurant, a post office. During the summer time you find also many painter workshop and studio.

Around the village enjoy the large forest massif and Lake of Mervent-Vouvant where you can swim, sail, walk, ride and more.
