Open-plan living/lounge/dining area is ideal for entertaining in. A fully-equipped kitchen provides convenience for your home cooking. The apartment has a beautiful master bedroom with King size bed, second bedroom has Queen size bed and single bed. The bathroom is finished with beautiful marble with shower. The apartment also features stylish entresol and spacious terrace (18m2) that belongs to the apartment where you can eat lunch, dinner. There is huge private garden and a parking space. High speed Wi-Fi free of charge.

There is a beautiful tennis court on our location, fully equipped. It's possible to book (earlier) professional tennis coach or training partner for reasonable fee. There is a fantastic pool with its stone terrace with deck-chairs and sunshades. Parking space on the property.

The Tuscany / Pisa Province region

Tuscany, with its spectacular hill towns and scenery, is one of Italy's top vacation destinations. Tuscany's travel attractions include historic cities and art, great wine and food, medieval hill towns, beaches, and beautiful countryside. The climate in Tuscany is generally very mild with differences depending on the geography of each area.

The Volterra area

This lovely villa is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. It is just 10 minute drive from the location to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the the apartment. There is such of lot of immense historical interest to view in this city. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away. The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside village within comfortable day trips away. San Miniato has a good golf course and is about 30 minute drive away should you feel like an 18 hole walk. Highly recommended for a holiday during any time of the year.
