Villa Doti is a high quality apartment complex made up of two individual buildings (Buildings One & Two), offering excellent self catered accommodation and access to a private beach. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space and cleaning service is provided twice a week. Car hire is strongly advised.
Building One consists of a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and two one-bedroom apartments on the first floor. The ground floor apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a bunk bed. These two bedrooms can sleep up to four people. The living room is traditionally furnished with sofas that convert into beds and can sleep up to three people. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. Each of the first floor apartments consists of one double bedroom and a living room with an open plan kitchen, both sleeping up to four people.
Building Two consists of three one-bedroom split level apartments. Each apartment can sleep up to four people. On the ground floor you’ll find a large living room, with an open plan kitchen, and two sofas that convert into comfortable beds. The shower/WC is also located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper level double bedroom, which is comfortable and roomy. Both levels have access to a private terrace/balcony which offers superb views of Kalamos. The beach is within easy reach.

How to get there
You can fly into Volos or Thessaloniki airport and then drive or use a taxi to reach Villa Doti in Kalamos:
Fly into Volos Airport During the summer holiday period, charters fly direct from major UK cities to Volos airport. These flights mostly serve package holiday customers but a number of seats on each flight are sold directly to individual customers wishing to fly to Volos. You can pick up your hired car at the airport and then drive to Villa Doti in Kalamos. Alternatively, a taxi can be arranged to pick you up from the airport and take you straight to Villa Doti in Kalamos.
Fly into Thessaloniki Airport British Airways and Olympic Airlines operate direct flights from London to Thessalonica. You can pick up your hired car at the airport and drive to Villa Doti in Kalamos. Alternatively, a taxi can be arranged to pick you up from the airport and drop you off at the car hire agent in Volos or take you straight to Villa Doti in Kalamos.

Apartments can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. 1-Bedroom apartments in Building One or Building Two can sleep up to 4 guests and the 2-Bedroom apartment in Building One can sleep up to 6 guests. We have one single price per apartment per night throughout the whole of the period of operation:
Methods of Payment Since we are a family owned and run business we do not accept credit or debit cards. You can either pay by transfer of funds to our bank account or by mailing us a cheque.
Payment Terms > 30% non-refundable deposit of the total amount to be transferred to our account or sent to us by means of cheque within three days from your booking request. Upon receipt of the deposit we will confirm your booking. > 70% of the total amount to be transferred to our current account or sent to us by cheque. This final payment must reach us one month prior to your arrival date at the latest.
