A modern apartment block situated on the seafront being within 100 yards of the beach & quay. The seafront road is tree lined with a variety of cafes, restaurants and kiosks and also within a short distance of Vodice with a ferry service to the islands and Kornati National Park. Trips available to the Krka falls and within 10 minute drive of the historic city of Sibenik.
Stunning scenery and good public transport to reach the many surrounding villages including the fishing village of Tribunj this is an ideal family holiday with safe bathing on the door step or maybe a romantic getaway for two.

The Dalmatia region
The stunning coast of Dalmatia with World Heritage coastline including the Kornati Archipelago National Park and Krka falls. Situated between the holiday town of Vodice and the historic city of Sibenik. Srima is part of the Sibenik Riviera and is typical of the Dalmatian coast having picturesque views to the islands in the Adriatic.
A variety of Marinas where boat hire is available, local ferry service from Vodice to the islands and Sibenik and tours available from Vodice. Good local transport and car hire available.
The area is also an up and coming Scuba diving location with dive centres in Vodice and along the coastline.
The Dalmatian coast has a warm Mediterranean type climate with the season stretching from May to October.
Vodice / Srima area
Places of interest include Trogir which is a couple of miles from Split airport, Primosten, the ancient fishing village of Tribunj and many more coast villages.
Vodice has a market selling local produce and fish, a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants and ferry terminal.
Sibenik is an historic city with the old town having a beautiful cathedral, ancient lanes with shops, cafes and restaurants and a refurbished promenade.
How to get there
Flights available from most of the UK's leading airports including Southampton with budget airlines operating generally from 1st April to 31st October. The nearest airport is Split (actually situated just outside of Trogir) on the Dalmatian coast. The apartment is situated about an hours drive northwards in the direction of Sibenik and the apartment is located on the seafront of Srima (10 minute drive north of Sibenik) within a mile of Vodice the main holiday town. Public transport is available but would recommend hiring a car to enjoy the scenery - try economycarehire for best prices. Airport pick-up and return can be arranged approx 55 euros extra.

Conditions
Booking deposit of £50 - held as 'breakages deposit' and will be returned within two weeks of your return subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition.
Cost of booking to be made in full at least four weeks prior to departure - short notice bookings will be accepted subject to immediate payment.
Airport pick-up available subject to additional cost approx 55 euro return.
