The property is located in a peaceful and idyllic location with many activities nearby. Many operators offer boat trips and boat hire, sailing is very popular in the area and day trips or lessons can be organised. There is a number of national parks in the close vicinity suitable for hiking and walking.

The Dalmatia region
Dalmatia is one of the finest if not the finest coastline in Europe or even the world. With countless islands and rugged coastline more usually seen in movies. No wonder its the number one nautical destination in the world. Small villages and towns are found all along the coastline, with wonderful old world charm and beauty.
The weather in summer is very pleasant temperatures of around 30 degrees are normal with low humidity making it quite bearable for children. Bora winds often frequent the coastline bringing fresh winds. Dalmatia is steeped in history with connections going back to Roman and Venetian times. The place is sure not to disappoint.
Vodice / Srima area
Srima is a small village which backs onto its bigger brother of Vodice. It is a quiet coastal village which has a few small shops, bars and restaurants. Locals fish everyday and a variety of newly caught fish can be sourced everyday including wonderful mussels.
You can walk to Vodice which has a large number of restaurants and bars which all cater to tourists. Boat hire is possible as well as mountain bike hire and moped. The town as a casino and nightclub to pass the time away if you feel up to it. Vodice is very popular with tourists as is Srima. A swim is only a few seconds away from your doorstep.
How to get there
Access via plane from Zadar (1hr), Split (1hr), Zagreb (3.5hr)or Dubrovnik (4hr) with many airlines including Ryanair, Jet2, most charter operators and Croatian airlines.
By boat from Ancona to Zadar or Split. By bus from Zagreb Zadar or Split and by train to Sibenik with bus transfer.
By car follow the motorway A1 towards Sibenik, take the exit for Pirovac and follow signs to Vodice.
Srima is a suburb of Vodive located just to the south on the coast.
