With all conditions to accommodate comfortably and pleasantly 8-9 persons , a sense of isolation countryside... but close to the semi-urban movement, the physical and spiritual Comfort, Peace, Calm and Tranquility if this restored space associated with the chirping of birds in the spring are an added value for the whole house and property.

Keeping all the original structure at basement level and ground floor, either inside or outside ,we bet on a good thermal insulation at the walls, at the windows and shutters in viewing to optimization of temperature and energy expenditure.

It is a home environmentally friendly because it does not have central heating. If necessary, the heating will be provide by individual heaters in the house division that will need it.

The hot water (untill 70 ° C) is achieved through the use of solar panels placed strategically on the roof.It has also a source in mine fresh water good for drinking.

Until 8-9 persons and good for childrens,In the house,the guests have access to:

Basement or Ancient cave-cellar converted into a second living room with radio and laundry (with washing machine and ironing )

Ground floor-Fully equipped kitchen with : fridge , stove , microwave , electric oven , washing machine , coffee machine , cooking robot , electric fryer ( without oil ) , toaster , electric rice cooker , juice press and radio among others .

Table and chairs for 8 persons ; All kitchen and meal utensils required for day to day comfort .

1 Living room and dining-With TV ,DVD player and mini hi- fi;

1 Office-desk, shelf and 1 desktop.

1 WC- full bathroom with anteroom in to support to the dining room with double sink .Extra exuastion.

First floor-1 suite with two bunk beds for 4 people ( full bathroom with extra exaustion ) , 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 persons and 1 room with double bed for 2 people .

Common to all bedrooms, a balcony to the east with wide , with urban rustic and mountain views.

Open and covered garage at basement level .

Generous lateral spaces surrounding the house .

Includes changes of bed linen and towels , soap , toilet paper and all kitchen products and house cleaning .

The access is through a gate that opens under the action of a command already running 50 meters away .

The house has plenty of space for parking and playground.

The site has no public transport at the door.The nearest bus stop is 600 meters.

Although not active, still remain on the farm buildings corresponding to the porch (barn) and cut animals (stables)

Good access to major supermarkets at 1km and 2km away: Lidl, Continent, Intermarché and Pingo Doce

We hope that our guests will take care of the house as of them . However, given that there are plenty of outside space, we believe in no smoking indoors and annexes.also we are apologists to have not animals in the home, especially animals hair.

Northern Portugal region

Almost in the border of Douro Litoral District, the house stays at Vizela,10Km south Guimarães city ,in the Minho District.

Surrounding by mountains,the little town has one of the best portuguese spas and spa park. The guest will enjoy the calm city life.Spite of that,the city is provided by good supermarkets(Lidl,Continente,Intermarché and Pingo Doce) as a week market on Thursdays.

The regions is also surounding by the Romanic Route and Green Wine Route.

Vizela

Situated at 190 m high and nearby mountains, the house has 260 m2 and is surrounded by 21 ha of greenfields, 14 of which have recently been converted into typical region vineyard.

The farmhouse is surrounded by other owners farms, some of them belonging to family members whre the guests can give little walks

The local population is composed of simple , friendly and hardworking (for third parties) people.
