The Basse-Normandie region
Normandy has many charms, from the beautiful countryside and the lovely local architecture to the historic highlights such as Mont Saint Michel and Chateau Gaillard, and the attractive cliffs and beaches along the coast. Important sights such as the Normandy Landing beaches and the Bayeux tapestry are also very popular and Normandy is truly a region with something for everyone.
We are in a great countryside location near some beautiful walks and Las Cascades waterfall. There are various activities near to us including fishing, walking and Vire Golf, an excellent 18 hole course is just 10 minutes drive away.
We are within walking distance of the town of Vire, which has plenty of interesting shops and a wonderful weekly street market, Vire is renowned for gastronomy. There are several very good restaurants.

Fantastic converted farm building, very roomy and comfortable. Surrounded by fields so very quiet and rural. Weather was chilly as expected at this time of year but accommodation was warm and large open fire made it very cosy.
WiFi is available along with Freeview TV.
Good location with easy access to local town and shops. Also not far from Normandy beaches with numerous places of interest to visit.
