Home description
The house is finished in a modern style, with accommodation on two floors, and air conditioning throughout (hot and cold). It is well-appointed and equipped throughout, with outdoor furniture for the large sun terrace/patio. Complete with dishwasher, washing machine, drying facilities, ironing board and iron, television/video, DVD player and radio/CD player.
It overlooks the landscaped garden area and communal swimming pool facilities of the three San Jordi properties, with distant views to the mountains inland, and out toward the sea at nearby Vinaros and Benicarlo which are small, typically Spanish, seaside resorts.
The house is only 30 minutes by car to the larger resort of Peniscola, with its Old Town and castle, shops and seafront facilities. The supermarket for shopping is just 10 minutes drive away at the smaller resort of Vinaros, with smaller on-site shops at Panoramica.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
Our property Golf D-2 is located on a modern golf and country club development, known as “Golf Panoramica”. It is less than fifteen minutes drive from the typically Spanish seaside resort of Vinaros, with the larger towns/resorts of Benicarlo and Peniscola within 20-25 minutes’ drive.
The climate is temperate (ideal for playing golf), becoming hot in the summer months (up to 30C by early afternoon), but with a pleasant breeze either coming off the sea or off the mountains, and typically 10-15C through the winter. The breezes do bring occasional cloud and rain, but then it keeps the area looking lush and green.
Vinaros / Panoramica Golf area
It is just a few kilometres off the arterial AP7/E15 coastal motorway; airports at Barcelona (2 hours), Valencia (1+ hours) and Reus (1 hour) are all within easy access by motorway.
The views are magnificent, both inland to the backdrop of the Puertos de Beseit mountain range and National Park, out to the coast, and across hectares of orange groves and olive trees.
How to get there
Just 1 hour by motorway from the airport at Reus, 2 hours to either Barcelona or Valencia.

Further details outdoors: We provide patio furniture (table, chairs, recliners, parasols) for use on the main patio/terrace; there are chairs and a smaller table for use on the bedroom balconies too, that overlook the golf course toward the sea, and with an excellent view over the gardens and pool area of the properties that comprise Sant Jordi I - III. The property has its own dedicated parking space, immediately adjacent to the front-door, under a shaded canopy.
Note: Regulations on the use of the pool, BBQs etc from the Residents Association do apply, and which guests are expected to comply with during their stay.
Further details
We require a deposit of 30% on booking, with the balance payable within 6 weeks of arrival. We also ask for a £200/€300 security/keys/breakages deposit as a separate payment with the balance payable, which is held until 2 weeks following return from the property.
The weekly price is for the property up to its recommended maximum capacity, with a daily rate at 1/7th of this for additional/fewer days; changeover is normally Saturday, but can vary, subject to agreement, according to travel plans and availability. We offer a discount of 5% for two-week bookings where no additional cleaning service is required. Local, English-speaking keyholders who look after the property live nearby.
The price is inclusive of all cleaning, a Welcome Pack of essentials on arrival (tea, coffee, milk, cereal, biscuits, bottled water, household items), and household towels and bed linen according to the number of persons staying.
