About the home

Finca Tierra Roja is a complete private countryside situated modern Villa/Landhouse of 500 m2, a fenced garden of 8000m2 with palm, olive and several fruit trees and parking facillaties for many cars. Finca Tierra Roja is situated 2 km from a little Spanish village Calig and in a environment of orange, olive trees and no neighbours. Due to this, this offers a lot of privacy for 2 to 16 persons outside as well as inside. The finca is relativaly flat and from the villa you have a beautiful view over the hills/mountains and swimming pool. The swimmimg pool has dimentions of 15x6x1,4 / 2.5 m, which provide a lot of pleasure for many people at the same time together with the 300m2 terrace with many sunbeds and garden
furnature and toys for the swimming pool.

The accommodation is set over two levels:

Downstairs
Large entrance and hall to a large living room with central heating, air-conditioning, leather seats and sofas, cupboard, dining table for 6 persons and slidingdoor to terrace and outdoor swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen inclided microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, closher dryer, washing machine, cooking plate ( gas ), toaster, fruit juicer and much more.
At this level their are 3 central heated - air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with twinbeds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 fully equipped and central heated bathrooms. All bedrooms are provided with large wardrobes.

Upstairs
Via stairs in the entrance hall the enormous living room of 20x7m is reached and is divided into 2 parts and very nice furnished. The dining part host a table and seats for 16 persons as well as the living part provides. The living room has 6 slidings doors to a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. A stair lead down to the lower terrace and swimming pool. Satellite TV, Audio, open fireplace, indoor table football and many other games are available. A secound fully equipped kitchen like down stairs. At this upper level there are 3 central heated, air conditioned bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a large twin bed, 1 with 2 bunkbeds for 4 persons and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. All bedrooms have a balcony. Besides this all 3 bedrooms have their own fully equipped bathroom, wardrobes and central heating and air-conditioning.

Big private swimming pool 15x6x1,4 / 2,5m and terrace of 300m2 and 9 relax beds outdoor diner table and many garden furnature. Covered dining place and barbecue / outside kitchen. Special place to provide paella on wood and nice romantic evening fireplace.
Sports: Gym, basketball, jeu de boules, table tennis, profestional trampoline ( 3,25 m ) and badminton.
Many outdoor seats, tables and tools for swimming pool.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region

Costa Azahar is situated between Costa Daurada and Costa Blanca. This Costa is not very well know but this will not mean that this Costa is not worthwhile to spend a unforgetable vacation. There are not only nice sand beaches but also many interested cities and cultures. Costa Azaher is named after the blossum smelll of orange trees. The land scape is very varying from orange, olive, almond as well as vegetable fields while going a few km inland you will find mountains with uncultivated slopes and litle Spanish villages.

The Vinaros area

The nearest small Spanish village ( 2 km ) is Calig with approx. 1800 inhabitans and several small Spanish bars/retaurants, small shops, old church, banks and very friendly people.
On 10 km distance are big towns like Benicarlo and Vinaros provided all needs of to day life, several big supper markets, shops, disco's and sand beatches.
Tourist town Peniscola is on 15 km distance and hosts a very famous castle.
There are many bars/restaurants/shops/disco's in this town as well as a nice sand beatch. In the summer there many activities on the walking boulevard which connect Benicarlo with Peniscola ( 10 km ).
As local activiteis we like to mention carting, bowling, bird show, clay baking factory, Castle of Morella ( top 1150m ).
Visits to Barcelona, Valencia and Castillon.
