Entertain your friends and family in this tastefully furnished light, airy, 2 bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps five, with separate dining and full kitchen facilities, located on one of Spain's premium golf courses, designed by Bernhard Langer.
Both bedrooms benefit from sweeping views and large french doors. The living space with satellite tv and DVD player, is spacious with two sofas and a chaise lounge and a dining table, perfect for relaxed moments.
Tiled floors throughout and white curtains with shutters make for a relaxed holiday. Full linen and bath towels provided, all you need to pack is your beach towel!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region

Backed by green mountains the area north of Valencia is dominated by visions of orange groves which are bathed in sunlight for over 300 days a year. Many of the beaches stretching along this coast line are secluded inlets and distinguish themselves from the overcrowded and busy beaches found elsewhere on the Spanish Costas.

The Sierra Maestrazgo mountains provide plenty of opportunities for exploring either by car, bike or foot and the area north west from Vinaros is home to several mountain monasteries and villages where excellent meals can be enjoyed in rustic restaurants. Alternatively, take a drive to the walled town of Peniscola and enjoy the fabulous views across the bay from the fortress, towering above the Mediterranean. There are several fantastic restaurants and bars from which you can take in the views and enjoy the fresh local seafood paellas that are reknown in the Valencia region.

Vinaros / Panoramica Golf area

Vinaros boasts it's own beaches, fresh produce markets and bullring, and a sunny afternoon spent exploring the marina and plazas is a great way to start your holiday. Vinaros has several great seafood restaurants and lively tapas bars, located on the beach and is the perfect base from which to explore, only 9km from the apartment.

Panoramica hosts a championship golf course designed by Bernard Langer, home to the European Women's Open, par 72, length: 7052 yards. Bookings can be made for this course via the internet and the country club with its restaurant and bar is only a short stroll from the apartment.

How to get there

Ryanair flies to Reus airport (45min drive), Easyjet, Ryanair and Clickair fly to Valencia (1.5hrs drive) and most airlines fly to Barcelona (1.5hrs drive).
Recommended car hire companies include Sol y Mar and all major companies operated through airports.

Before your arrival, each guest bed will be freshly made and bath towels will be laid out for your use. We also provide beach towels if you require them.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating in the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped and a large refridgerator means there is always somewhere to store your drinks or fresh produce from the local market!

Further details outdoors:
The apartment has private, gated parking and is located on the first floor of a duplex block. The terrace is equipped with two full length sun loungers and covered chairs to ensure a truly relaxing experience. The property shares a communal pool which also offers additional sun loungers overlooking the golf course.
A small supermarket is located within the complex for convenience.

Further details

A 25% (non refundable) deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. An additional set service charge of €60 is required to be paid upon departure.

Conditions

Most people tend to overlook Spain as a viable place for a winter break, however, we have often found that the months of October, November and February can be particularly lovely. Also, at this time, the golf course is practically empty and you can enjoy long walks in the nearby mountains at an agreeable temperature!
