Home description
This attractive well laid out ground floor apartment is ideally situated for a relaxing, away from it all holiday. Panoramica Golf course is set amongst olive and orange groves midway between the sea and the mountains. The unspoilt beaches from Vinaros to Peniscola are a short hop away, as are the wonderful hidden mountain villages where time seems to have stood still.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
The region caters for every taste.: - The vibrant & cosmopolitan cities of Barcelona & Valencia. - Universal Studios answer to Euro Disney at Port Aventura for the young families. - Miles of beautiful coastline - Wineries and wine routes galore - The nature reserve and bird sanctuary of the Ebro Delta - Traditional towns and villages still as yet undiscovered by mass tourism - Morella, Miravet. - The caves at Benifallet..... all just to give you a few ideas.
Vinaros / Panoramica Golf area
The scenic 18 hole championship golf course was designed by Bernhard Langer. There is also a driving range, a par 3 practice area and a putting practice area. Panoramica 's commercial centre now has a small supermarket on site and a few places to eat as well as a popular bar. In the summer the Golf Club often lays on music.
Venturing a little furthur you have small hermitages where you can picnic or utilise their bar/restaurant areas.
The traditional Spanish town of Vinaros is just 15 minutes away with numerous restaurants, a beautiful church, a market every Thursday and a choice of beaches. There are numerous festivals held in Vinaros & neighbouring towns/villages throughout the year.
Peniscola, another 10km or so down the road has a huge expanse of golden sand and a wonderful old town jutting out into the sea. Climb the cobbled streets to wander amongst the many souvenir shops, restaurants & bars. Visit the famous castle.

How to get there
The Costa Azahar is now easier to get to than ever before with a number of scheduled & charter flights available including several low cost carriers like Easyjet, Monarch & Ryanair. BA is always worth checking out too.
- Barcelona airport is 2 hrs away from Panoramica (180km) - Valencia about 1.5 hrs (150km) - Reus 1hr. (100km)
The A7 coastal road links them all & Panoramica is only 4km from J42 near Vinaros.

A short flight of steps takes you to the pool and barbeque area, where sun loungers and shades are available. This incorporates a good sized children's pool. The pool and barbeque area are shared by the owners of the apartments at Olivos del Sol. These are never fully occupied and depending what time of year you stay, you can often find you have the place to yourselves
Plenty of parking space available.
Panoramica is a safe environment for your holiday/break, with friendly security guards at the entrance gate and patrolling the complex regularly to ensure all is in order.
Further details
The apartment is cleaned and prepared fresh for your visit. You are then left alone to enjoy your holiday. However, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this is possible. It would be at an extra cost though. Just let me know what you would be interested in.
Conditions
No smoking inside the apartment and guests are asked to keep the grounds butt free if smoking outside.
As there are a few steps to the apartment it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
A damage deposit may be requested, at the owners discretion.
