Home description
This brand new, air-conditioned spacious villa has its own large, private pool, including a shallow baby/ toddler area. The rear of the villa overlooks the Championship 18 hole golf course, while the front boasts panoramic views of the mountains and the Valencian orange groves.
The complex itself has a clubhouse, which offers evening entertainment throughout the summer; full shoppping facilities; bars and restaurants. There is crazy golf for the children, but also a football pitch, paddle tennis and a tennis court. All of this combined makes this a relaxing, friendly atmosphere for people of all ages.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
The nearby mountain range is stunning and incorporates a lake, where a wealth of water sporting opportunities present themselves.
Port Aventura is less than an hour's drive away. Half day tickets are now available; these include the evening firework displays.
Taxis are available from the resort 24 hours a day and the cost of travelling to Vinaros town and beach front is usually just 15 -20 Euros.
Vinaros area
The local town, Vinaros, remains unspoilt and retains its Spanish authenticity. It is full of tapas bars and restaurants to cater for every taste, including a famous seafood restaurant overlooking the harbour.
Peniscola is a lively, busy and friendly resort which has beautiful beaches and a more lively nightlife. There are also many historic buildings, including a famous Castle. The nearby beach also has many beach bars, restaurants and a harbour.
How to get there
We advise you to fly to Barcelona Reus airport approx 45 mins drive from the villa, not to Barcelona Gerona which is approximately 2-3 hour drive.
Cheap flights are available from Ryanair who fly into all 3 Barcelona airports but only fly into Barcelona (Reus) from Liverpool, Birmingham or Stanstead.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. As each months rent is different, any bookings made where months overlap, the lowest of the charges will apply. ie. Staying from Sun 24th Feb-Sun 2nd March, the lower February rate will apply.
Weekend breaks/ part week breaks available on a nightly basis, preferably with the exception of July, August and September.
We ask for 25% to be paid on booking to confirm dates, the remainding balance to be paid 3-4 weeks prior to departure. A receipt will be sent as confirmation together will full directions to/from the villa/airport. It is advisable to fly into Barcelona Reus airport as it is the closest to the villa (approx 45 mins) and an easy route.
We also require a 100.00 (sterling) deposit, which is fully refundable after your stay.
