La Bergerie is superbly located as a base to visit some of the South of France's most stunning scenery and sites of interest. Rocamadour, Cahors, famous prehistoric caves are less than an hour away as are a host of bastide towns and picture post card villages. The Midi-Pyrenees / Aveyron region

How to get there
Rodez Marcillac is the nearest airport (one hours drive) flying from Stansted, UK with Ryanair.There are also daily flights from Paris into Rodez.. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is just over two hours away and it receives flights from many UK airports and many international cities around the world. Ryanair also fly into Limoges airport all the year round and we are again just over two hours away.

Further details indoors: The accommodation is arranged on two floors, both accessible from lower and upper ground level. It features on the ground floor a large well equipped kitchen, large range style cooker, (five gas rings, two electric ovens) "Belfast" type double sink and all the equipment you would expect in your own home. The internal stable door leads to the dining room with oak table seating eight comfortably. Step down to the sitting room with wood burning stove, satellite TV with UK freeview channels, comfortable seating for six and french doors leading to a large covered external terrace with quality outdoor furniture.
On the first floor, 'Chambre Beatrice' is the first double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room (which) also has its own private covered terrace. 'Chambre Josephine', the second double bedroom, also has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. 'Chambre Madeleine', the third bedroom, has twin beds which can be converted to a super king if required. The family bathroom, with independent access, has a cast iron roll top bath with hand shower attachment, hand basin, a WC and bidet.
Further details outdoors: Le Bouyssou sits in 15,000m2 of land, Le Bergerie (the Barn) has its own private garden, a separate BBQ area and two covered terraces. Access to the pool area, in front of the sitting room terrace is but a few yards. There is also a large area of grass for ball games, swings and slide adjacent to the organic vegetable garden, seasonal produce (when available) is part of the experience, as are fresh eggs from the hens. We also have a shaded secret garden for relaxing in. A large car park is also available, as is parking on the ramp with access to Chambre Beatrice .

Included in the price of your stay is Light, heat, hot water, gas, logs for the fire, all bed linen and towels supplied for your stay and the loan of pool towels if required. A deluxe welcome basket with a selection of provisions (e.g. tea, coffee, butter, milk, preserve, cereals etc.). Other basic provisions will be provided to make your stay comfortable including the loan of CDs, DVDs, books, dish washing tablets, cloths, washing powder, toilet paper, soap, cooking essentials such as oils, herbs (fresh from outside the kitchen door) spices etc. We can supply at no extra cost,(on request) a stair gate, high chair and cot with one set of cot linen. Conditions
To reserve La Bergerie, you should check availability by email or telephone, apply for or download the booking form and Terms and Conditions, return it together with payment of the initial non refundable deposit (25% of the total rent due) A confirmation invoice and statement will be returned. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at time of booking. A security deposit of €500 for the rental period is required on arrival in case of damage to the property or its contents or for additional cleaning expenses. This will returned by cheque within 14 days of the end of the holiday period less any reductions. The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed SIX (plus baby in a cot) Pets are not allowed at the property and smoking is permitted in the grounds only (not inside the property)
