The apartment is located in a pleasant residential area. Shared swimming pool on the roof ,with a beautiful view. Bus stop is near. Walking distance to the bakery,shops,banks and restaurant. Down the hill.A lot of steps if you walk home,or you can also take the bus,or taxi.
Beach around 20-25 minutes if you take a walk.
The old Town in Villefranche is lovely. There´s a lot of cosy restaurants near the small harbour.
Train gives a speedy access along the beautiful coast through Italy.About 45 minutes. You can also visit Monaco on your way to Italy. Nice is near.It takes about 10 minutes to Nice Centre if you go by bus or car.
