This lovely apartment is stylish and modern. High Class. The apartment is very light full with big panoramic windows and a beautiful view . The apartment has 3 room & 2 bedrooms with King size bed.

Living room has a dining table for 6 persons,sofa .Big new LCD-TV and DVD-Player. The balcony has table/chairs and sunbeds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower .Separate WC.
Internet access and some English TV-Channels.

The Villefranche Sur Mer area

The village of Mougins is situated high on a hill right above Cannes.
Only about 25 minutes drive from Nice airport.
By bus 600 from Cannes can be reached easily for only 1 euro to Mougins.

In the heart of Mougins finds Vieux Village with its winding streets, small nice art galleries, crafts and shopping and excellent restaurants. Where are met by a breathtaking view of Cannes, Grasse and the Esterel mountains.

“Fab apartment, beautiful views, gorgeous pool :)” I was travelling to a friend's wedding in Eze with 5 friends and this apartment was perfect for what we needed. Easy to get to from Nice airport and easy to get to other towns along the coast. There was ample room for everyone to stay, very spacious living areas and a wonderful balcony with a view that got better every day! The pool has no loungers etc, but is quiet and relaxing. There were never more than a few other people around and many a happpy hour was spent lying on the grass nearby or swimming in the lovely pool. The apartment had everything you would need, from hairdyer and iron-board to dishwasher and a well stocked kitchen. There is a little shop up the hill for groceries and some fantastic restaurants nearby. All in all, a fabulous time was had by all :) (NB bring mosquito repellant!)

“The best holiday ever” I strongly recommend the appartment to those who request splendid view and to more demanding customers. The appartment is really beautiful and nothing was an issue, the kitchen is perfectly equipped even you would like to have a set of oysters. The appartment is very clean and modern, but cosy. The beds are comfortable, with what I have usually an issue. We stayed 4 +a child in it and appreciated two basins in the bathroom, but in general everybody was able to find his own corner as it was big enough. The view overlooking Cap Ferrat is unforgettable. We also appreciated near surrounding which is well take cared - it is a beatiful big garden where you can walk in the morning. Our daughter was crazy about the swimming pool which was there and was quite used by the locals. There is also a shower with hot water behind the pool and a ping-pong table and tennis courts belonging to this area. In general I was positively surprised by this stay and with Lori and Anita everything went smoothly. I would not recommend this to groups who want to do partying and strongly recommend this to families. The persons renting this flat are trustworthy and I think we found an appartment and area where we will return ...that´s all what I can say. Thanks Lori and Anita again!

“Nice place and people, make sure you are there before 10PM!” We had run late and had phone problems, so we were unable to get in the first night. Anita explained it is because of the noise and the other tenants do not like it. It was completely understandable. We had to get a hotel but Anita took one nights rent off and that was great. There is a little brasserie on top of the hil that Xavier runs. He was very nice to let us use his phone to iron out the details with Anita and helped us find a hotel that night. Go see him. I cant remember the name, but you have to go right by it to get to the apartment. Other than that it was a great stay, and beautiful place. We were so busy we were unable to use the pool. The location is great, it is right on the edge of Nice and a short drive to Monaco (we went to the GP of Monaco). I would highly recommend, especially if going to Monaco. We took the train to the race and there is no parking at the train station so that was a challenge. Also, the train station is a little ways away, so I would recommend a car. A small car, the streets are very narrow in the area. Thanks again Anita and Lori for a pleasant stay.
