The enclosed villa park, named "LE CASTELLET" is probably the most glamourous arae between Monaco and Nice. Several celebrities have chosen to build their houses here. Although Monaco is only 7miles away and Nice 2miles, the setting exudes tranquility and the well known French "art de vivre".
Because of its special location, Le Castellet, a mature green residential park, is almost completely free of polution. While enjoying a micro climate often nicknamed "la petite Afrique", the higher location and exposure of the property , ensure a smooth cool breeze, very welcome on a hot, sunny afternoon.
Villefranche Sur Mer / Col de Villefranche area
The "Rade the Villefranche" is one of the most beautiful and authentic bays in the world. The ancient fishing harbour village "Villefranche sur Mer" is filled with little shops, bars and restaurants. Freshly caught fish can be purchased every morning while lingering along the seafront. The area provides almost any possible watersport facility. Golf and horse race course at 10 to 15 miles away. No need to elaborate on to the extensive cultural and historical hotspots available.
And ... Italy is only a 30 min drive away ...!

The property has a fully automatic alarm system and is entirely closed off with a fence and/or automatic gate. For music lovers, 2 piano' s are available. Pets, if well behaved, are more then welcome. The villa is a non smoking area.
Further details outdoors: The villa enjoys a small garden on different levels, ideal for children and pets. Some of the terrace area is covered, while 3 bedrooms have their private sun terrace.
Completely separate of the main house, a fully equipped, self contained studio is available. (TV, washing machine, microwave, kitchen, shower room, air conditioned sitting and sleeping area.
Further details
The caretaker who is familiar with the property will be visiting twice a week to maintain garden and pool in immaculate condition. A housekeeper can be provided if no personal staff accompanies the family.

Booking conditions : 25% at reservation; 50% 6weeks before holiday; 25% payable 1 week before arrival;
