About the home

This apartment is ideally placed as a base for those attending the Monaco Grand Prix or one of the many events/festivals held in Cannes. The train station at Villefranche is close by and from there you can be in the heart of Monaco in about 15 minutes or Cannes in about 42 minutes. Situated in very close proximity of the town and beach, this apartment enjoys wonderful views of the bay and Cap Ferrat.

Inside, this recently refurbished apartment has been equipped to the highest standard. The terrace/jardinere, equipped with seating and dining for 4/6 people, offers outstanding views over Villefranche and its surroundings.

A short, pleasant walk leads down to the waterfront restaurants, beaches and to the shops in Villefranche.

There are a number of budget airlines that fly direct to Nice. Easjet, for example, fly to Nice from a number of European airports. Car hire, if required, is easy to arrange. There are excellent bus and train links from Nice to Villefranche sur Mer.

The easiest and cheapest way to reach this apartment is to take the bus from Nice airport to Nice Ville railway station and take a train direct to Villefranche. The train journey is about 10 minutes and the apartment is approximately five minutes walk from the station.

“Beautiful view and a fantastic terrace” We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The terrace is amazing; full-south facing and huge! Terrific views over the bay at Villefranche and so centrally located. Pictures on the owner's site give an excellent idea of what to expect – it's very difficult on some sites to get a clear idea of what you're booking. Five minutes (literally) to the beach; very close to restaurants and the shops. We stayed on the terrace many nights and ate there listening to the sea rolling in against the shore. We did a lot of the tourist things, e.g. trip to Monaco – about 15 minutes on the train – trip to Nice – fantastic old town, etc. We had a really enjoyable time; the accommodation was great with everything that we needed for a great holiday. If you want to eat in or go out you have the option with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We were about to book for July 2012 but we saw it was booked - we're a little disappointed but not surprised! Beautiful view and a fantastic terrace

“Lovely location ideal for relaxing holiday for two” This apartment has beautiful views with a big terrace to enjoy it. The accomodation is small but well appointed with good cooking facilities, and a comfortable seating area with TV. Ideal for a couple who simply want to relax and enjoy the very pretty town of Villegranche sur Mer. There are also plenty of excursions around with good travelling facilities, there is no need to use a car at all, the shops are in easy walking distance. Altogether a very enjoyable place for a holiday

“Nice balcony and View” Nice balcony and View, however the living area dimensions are just too small, sliding door opens to a sitting room/diner with a raised seating and kitchen area which leaves about a six foot by six floor space, single bedroom is gained by japanese stlye sliding door with wall to wall glass with same sliding door to the bathroom in bedroom, not very private and too light. As i said great balcony but the accomodation feels like a beach hut im afraid Azur Mediterraine who are Agents are very good and went out of their way to help us Response: Yes indeed a very nice view and balcony.The apartment is small but has a well planned layout the sliding doors making it light and airy.It is cleary advertised as sleeping a maximum of three Previously people have very much enjoyed the apartment and have had a wonderful time there.The size not coming under comment.Fantastis location close to beach and shops.The agents are indeed very helpful at all times
